Flavia
IMG_2960.JPGtillyMemberHello from the UK.
Had a busy few months (having a baby, getting married etc!!). Here are a few recent pics of Flavia and her partner in crime – Dobby. As you can see she is very happy and settled. She has really come out of her shell and has found her voice She has finally remembered how to play and behave like a young dog which is wonderful to see. Hope you enjoy the pics

IMG_2957.JPGtillyMember– we have done the same with Flavia!!
Tilly was our first foster dog (along with her 10 babies!!) We are delighted she has FINALLY found her perfect home. Much love to you all with a special hug for the gorgeous Tilly xxx
tillyMemberHey – guess who her forever family is………………us!!!!!
Phil and I are having to move back to the UK (tomorrow!!!) and just couldnt stand the thought of her going back into a kennel. She has done so well since being with us it would be awful to undo all that work.
We would also like to take this opportunity to say what a pleasure it has been working with DID. Although we had a baptism of fire with Tilly (Hope) and her 10 pups we consider it our greatest achievement that she safely delivered her 10 babies and they all survived. It has been a joy to watch them grow via this website.
We will be keeping you all updated with news and pics of Flavia and are hoping to pop across with her for the DID fun day.
Best wishes and keep up the fantastic work
Phil & Lisa
xxxxtillyMemberAwwww thanks Claire. We know what you mean about her soulful eyes. I would defy anyone not to melt when they look at her. It really is our pleasure and such a privilege to have this gorgeous girl.
tillyMemberShe is fantastic!!
We dont have cats but we can say that when we walk her and she has seen one she has never wanted to go for it.
She is about 2 1/2 years old.
tillyMemberFlavia is doing very well. She has put lots of weight on and seems much happier in herself.
Flavia is a very timid dog but is beginning to gain some confidence. She is very loyal and adores human company.
Flavia has had such a miserable start to life she deserves to have a family who will love and cherish her.
Flavia enjoying the view
Flavia enjoying the sunshine
Flavia NOT enjoying the sea
tillyMemberHere are the pics (I hope!!!)
Flavia when she arrived
Flavia with my son James at the estuary on Sunday
tillyMemberWe collected Flavis on Monday 17th May. To say she was thin is a huge understatement. I have posted a pic of when she arrived with us, which although may be sad to look at is a good measure of how well she is now doing. We have has Flavis for two weeks now and find her adorable. She is doing well with her eating and her upset stomach has finally settled down. In fact she seems to grow a little more each day!! When she arrived she was only just strong enough to stand but has now started to enjoy little strolls along the beach and estuary. True to gorgeous Staffie nature, she is placid, kind and very affectionate. She craves human companionship which is something she is lucky enough to receive 24/7 at our home. She is enjoying lots of love and cuddles.
The day we collected Flavia
IMG_1289.JPGtillyMemberSuch a wonderful picture. We are getting quite emotional seeing all the updates of the babies but are so thrilled every one of them has found such a fantastic home xx
tillyMemberHope has met a wonderful, wonderful family today who (fingers crossed!!) will be her forever family. As everyone has been following her story we thought we would post a few recent pics before she leaves us – so you can all see how different she now is – especially thanks to Doggy Doos!!!
tillyMemberOh how gorgeous!!! Misty looks just like her Mummy. Its lovely to see updates on her babies xx
tillyMemberIts so lovely to read about the babies – it seems like a life-time ago we had all ten of them
tillyMemberA couple of new pics to show you all how beautiful Hopes babies are. They are all amazing girls and are so full of life and fun. Hope has been a fantastic mammy, especially when you remember her start in life and the condition she arrived in However, she now REALLY needs time on her own – to be loved and fussed without 10 babies trying to steal all the attention lol – after all she is still a baby herself. Please help with a home for the little ones if you can.
Wanted to post more but my laptop is in go slow mode – you get the point tho!!!!
tillyMemberQuick update on Hope and the babies.
All 10 babies are thriving. Their eyes are beginning to open and they are starting to walk on all fours – although still a little wobbly
Hope is looking really healthy and is a great Mammy.
