    Got an update from Ste’s family :D

    They wrote:
    Here are some pix of Ben taken this evening. We changed his name to Ben and he took to it straight away. He’s getting on great! Booked in for his "operation" on Nov 1st, Roxy being "done" too! He’s settled in great and is part of the family now

    Thanks so much for the update and pictures,it is so great for everyone on the forum to see how he is getting on and i know all our foster families love to see these.

    Well Bear went in for the big op, and he is doing great now.

    He really won them over in the vets, everyone commented on how sweet and chilled he is.
    Bear really is a sweet boy, very gentle and he loves attention.
    He would happily sit beside you after a snuggle and he lets you know he needs a bit of love with a nudge :D

    Well Bear is just a pleasure to foster.

    He is so eay going and he just loves attention.
    The kids love him and because he is really gentle and settled they can cuddle the big fluffball all they want!!

    He would be a great addition to any family.

    I couldnt agree more, Bear is a stunner!

    Regular grooming is vital for this breed and daily brushing. We got a slicker brush in a pet shop and we brush him regurlarly during the day.This does seem to help with shedding and he loves it and nearly smiles the whole time you are doing it :lol: :lol:

    The very beautiful Pippy’s lovely family sent in some pictures of her from the Summer.

    Everyone at Dogs in Distress really appreciate these little updates, thank you so much. She looks fantastic, and so happy :D

    Im sure this little man does not know how lucky he is to have his happy ending, and his family feel they are equally lucky to have found him!!

    I couldnt believe my luck i got to meet this beautiful girl in Terenure Vets today.
    I nearly didnt recognise her.
    She is such a friendly girl, she even hopped up on my lap for some love :lol: :lol:
    She is looking happy and healthy and she has one proud Daddy!!!

    Well my little girlie went in to get spayed today, and as usual her sweetness won over everyone in the vets!
    And my Mam was in the car when i collected her and Tia (who never met her before) snuggled in beside her straight away for a bit of love…

    I was told to stop her from jumping, and i had to have a little laugh because Tia is such a bouncy girl. Even when she walks she does a little jump mid step :lol:

    She is so easy going even the cone doesnt phase her.
