susiedubMemberHattie is doing very well and has settled in here with our two dogs and the cat. She loves the snow but only in short bursts and lets us know when she wants in. She is a lively little dog who loves attention and knows how to get it. She is very friendly and whenever anyone arrives here she makes a fuss of them immediately. Hattie often ‘disappears ‘ but she is kind of hard to see as she blends in with the wooden floor so have had a few search’s only to find she is there all the time ! i hope she gets a lovely home as she is a great little dog.Quiet, not much of a bark on her but she clocked our neighbour Frank earlier and let him know she was there, kind of a cross between a howl and a bark ! She has met the cat a few times but she’s just a bit curious , but hasn’t gone to close to Minnie at all.

susiedubMemberHayley is fine. A huge change for her and she is feeling her way around. I stayed with her last night, gave her some rescue remedy earlier and she ate well but slept for two hours at a time just. Nothing unusual in this though as most arrivals do this and after a few days they settle well. She is good with the two dogs , doesn’t like the snow very much so just been having a quick run out the back but we have a path cleared so she doesn’t have to go up onto the snow. I left her alone for just a few mins last night to see would she settle, came back down and she was so pleased to see me ! She jumped up and down and was very happy, fell asleep very quickly then, she must have been so tired.
