Ned is still getting on great. It’s nearly time for his stiches to come out but to be honest he hasnt really noticed them

He’s such a gentle, big baby! He plods along and lets life go on around him!!

His latest fascination is whistling. If Paul whistles a tune he stops and tilts his head from side to side trying to figure out what it is! So funny to watch.

Could Gypsy be sent to a rescue centre in the U.K. then we could give her a loving forever home.[/quote:2zj8ta7k]

Even if a centre in the UK would take, she would still need a foster home here until she is fit to travel

Ned is doing great. He barely noticed they did anything to him and all he wanted to do when he got home was see the others.

He is feeling very sorry for himself with his lampshade on though!!

Ned has gone in to be neutered this morning. He was happy as larry when I left him cos of all the rubs he was getting. I’m dreading to think what he’ll be like with his bucket collar on – he’s clumsy at the best of times!! :o

He’s not the best traveller in the car but other than that he’s just great. He’s a big baby and just wants to be loved and cuddled.

Well Archie has flown the coop! Can’t believe the little man is all grown up now.

Have to get new photos of this pretty girl up but haven’t had a chance. She’s a great pup – full of fun and always has a kiss and a cuddle for everyone.

She loves everyone she meets and they all adore her right back! She’s a wriggly, happy staffie – her tail never stops wagging.

Robyn just loves life – she loves her food, toys, sleeping and has great fun playing with the other dogs. She’d probably be a bit too rough with most cats but my gang like to wrestle her which she thinks if great fun.

She loves my boy Digger – they chase each other, he pulls on her legs and her tail and they play tug. At the end of the day though, he gets in to bed and she climbs in. She doesn’t sleep beside him, she prefers to lie across his head!

Miller is now in foster care in the city centre and loving life. He’s being brought to Herbert Park which he loves and is eating well.

This little man’s life has change dramatically in just a week! He’s doing great now

Hi Cathy & Frankie – have you filled in an adoption form and had your homevisit yet? This is needed in order to adopt Miller.

You can contact Sarah (curly@dogsindistress.org) for more information

If a dog is brought back it is counted as a surrender and as such, it’s time is immediately up. They can be adopted or pts at anytime after this though Ashton usually give at least 24 hours

Miller is doing well. After only a few days of food, there has already been a big improvement in him. He is looking healthier and happier. He is also much stronger than he was.

He has been fine with most dogs he has met but doesn’t seem too comfortable around dominant males. He’s also fine with large dogs as well as the little uns!

He’s was grand around my cats – think he thought they were a bit odd though! He couldn’t understand their antics at all

As you can see, he’s even attempting the stairs now. 3 days ago he had to be carried up and down them!
