Schue used to live with 2 cats and stayed with a friend of mine for a night (who has cats) and did not seem to mind them. As far as I know him it seems that he accepts cats in home, but when on walks will chase them… Quite normal.

Yes, Schu is truly amazing, but his biggest wish is to find his forever home!

Here are some “reasons” to rehome Schu from the foster dad:

“Want to feel like the President of USA, now you can, Schumacher will follow you around like the secret service and keep you safe from harm.
Ever wondered if you were good enough to play in the Premiership, try your luck dribbling with Schumacher, he believes “the go in full and you will not hurt yourself” tactic.
You need a fellow couch potato, runner, walker or maybe just someone to listen to you he is YOUR dog.
Also, if you like to be watched in the shower, he’s your man!”

    Hi Elaine :)

It is hard to say what has spooked your little puppy, but getting help sooner rather than later would be good so that the problem wont escalate. If it is loud noises, fireworks, thunderstorms etc, Ttouch has been found to be quite helpful. Ttouch is a system of gentle bodywork and movement exercises which positively influence behaviour and wellbeing in animals.

If you are interested in Ttouch you can pm me. There is also a Ttouch workshop in Dublin in November if you want to know more.

All the best to you and yours!

Might be a bit late, but there is nice padded harnesses in the Hurtta range. They are great especially for dogs who love water as they dry very quickly and when wet are not heavy.

Firstly, how long has Jet been with you? And how long has the night time barking gone on? I would go with your original idea with the crate, as the banging at the door could go either way. The bang might get him quiet, but might also initiate more barking, but either or it will scare him. And do you really want to scare your dog to be quiet?

Met Moses yesterday and he is an absolutely lovely little fellow :D . He is easy going with people, but can be a bit bossy with other dogs. Who ever decides to adopt him will have a mate for life :) !

I met Roger on Friday, and he is a handsome, little fellow 8-)! Roger is very food motivated, so can be fairly easily trained. He does have a few issues with his body and needs his confidence built up. So whomever decides to give Roger his forever home needs to be prepared to do the work! I found that he was very responsive to Ttouch and thundershirt was also very helpful for him. And once the new forever family is ready to do the work, they will get their efforts back in a loyal, loving and most charming little dog ;)

And here is a quick photo of Roger when I met him on Friday:

Poo investigating has been my priority for quite a few days… Yes, Zorro’s tummy bug has cleared, but his poo consistency is still a bit loose…He is a very clever boy and has found ways to "hunt" and enjoy any visible food, so tummy problems now have been self inflicted :?

Anyway the little man is now quite settled and once he gets some brain work with his regular exercise he is the best and most lovable boy ever :D :D :D ! And here is a couple of photos of the little man using his brain (playing one of the Nina Ottoson games) and after… ;)

This little girl is one of the sweetest shih tzu’s I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. She was in quite a bad state coat wise, but took the grooming like a real lady would ;) .
