MemberTitch and Lacky the cat are doing a spot of sunbathing this morning. Its great that the cats are so relaxed around Titch. We brought her for a walk on the seafront on Sunday and were stopped by several people who asked about her. She is getting on well, still sneezing a bit and due back to the vet tomorrow. She has a great appetite and loves to cuddle on your lap.

MemberTitch continues to improve, she was in shock but is slowly recovering and her personality is beginning to shine through. She now greets us with a waggy tail and a little dance on her hind legs and a big smile! She has not had any accidents for the past 3 nights and has slept all night, no crying. She has a good appetite, loves her walks and LOVES to be brushed. She pays little attention to the cats (just looks at them) and my two and Titch will happily line up in the kitchen for treats! Titch is a lovely little girl and will make a wonderful companion. She deserves a happy and secure forever home.

MemberPoor little Titch had a broken night’s sleep. However, she had a bath with the shampoo the vet gave me and is now much more comfortable, although she is not talking to me! She loves my husband and greets him with jumping up and a waggy tail. She is now relaxing (see pic). Her eyes are better than in picture, one side of her face is darker than other and she has brown lashes on one side and fair on the other.

MemberThis little dote is very bewildered and shocked. However, she is eating and drinking well. She sat out for a little while today but seemed sensitive to the light. She is sleeping most of the time, which is what she needs right now. She has lost most of her hair on her underside and a lot around her back end.

MemberLittle Titch came to me today. She has a good appetite despite having an itchy skin conditon and being in a bad state. she has slept all afternoon in her bed and now is asleep on my lap- poor little pet. The cats dont know what to make of her, she just ignores them – so far!

MemberThank you Claire for the gorgeous photo of Travis with his big smile! It was lovely to meet you and Tara. We had a great day in Corkagh Park yesterday. Travis really enjoyed himself in the dog park and was not phased at all at the big number of dogs and people. He behaved himself perfectly, played nicely with dogs of all shapes and sizes, male and female. He met and greeted adults and children gently. He really is a wonderful boy, he just loves to be loved and cuddled and told he is good -his little tail and whole rear end wags madly in response to positive words. He had his dinner and a big sleep when we came home, big day for a little man!

MemberTravis is in great form – tummy better and eyes improving. we had been practising recall at home so we let him off lead in the park today for the first time. He was so well behaved – kept an eye on us and came when called. He was delighted with himself and is now flaked out on his rug – a good day all round!

MemberTravis is settling well. Poor fellow has tummy bug and conjunctivitis and is on tablets and eye drops. He is still in good form despite this. He loves being brushed, petted and tummy rubs. He likes his toys, especially Ted who he carries around with him.

MemberTravis arrived today, thanks to Colette and David, and thanks also to Fianna for bringing his food, collar etc. He is a lovely strong boy, he had a bath, brush and dinner and now is snoozing at Graham’s feet – he does not seem to know what his bed is for but its early days.

MemberMel came home from vet today.
She is on meds but in good form. Hopefully she will continue to improve.Even when she was unwell she managed a tail wag, she’s a brave little girl.
