This event will need volunteers to shake the bucket and give out DID leaflets.
We also need around 3 DID dogs that are in foster to be at the event.
The launch is from 6pm to 9pm Thursday 29th Nov.So we only need volunteers for that one night.
Anyone available to help?

rubi27MemberSpoke to Bobby’s new mom. He has settled in very well. Apparently he seems like he has always lived there!!
He is really enjoying the spoils and has been introduced to the extended family. He got on very well with family and friends dogs too. So he has lots of company and cuddles too.
Enjoy your forever home and family Bobby! You are a little star!
rubi27MemberMojo is in temporary foster care with us for a few days.
He is like a extra fluffy polar bear that loves attention and belly rubs.
Took him to the dog park this morning to vent some pent up energy. Boy did he have a good run and gave the Labradoodle that was int he part a run for her too.
Jacky seems to tiny next to Mojo. Mojo thinks he is the same size as Jacky and doesn’t realize his strength! He walk on the lead better than i expected and sits when as soon as you stop walking. He still needs some direction and training but he is half way there.
He loves to play.

He has gone to a very loving home where he has already become part of the family.

IMG_0893.JPGrubi27MemberBobby was at the vet today. He got his stitches removed.
He used to be nervous when we go near a car and sits in one spot when we put him in the car. He is fine once he is in and is nervous getting out too.
Today was a little different though, he seems to be getting used to this big thing that takes him places. For the firs time he jumped out of the car without having to coax him and wanted to jump right back in!!Bobby is ready for his new forever family!!

P1050878.JPGrubi27MemberBobby was off to the vets this morning for neutering.
We pickled him up this evening and he is doing fine!If not for the cone you would not say he had surgery today. He is full of beans and was really happy to be with Jacky again. Jacky was delighted to have his buddy back .
Here are some pictures of Bobby before and after his visit to the vets.
P1050858.JPGrubi27MemberBobby is is such a playful and energetic dog when he needs to be and a chilled, relaxed lap dog when its called for.
He loves chasing Jacky around the house which drives him nuts as Bobby is really fast! Jacky has a hard time keeping up!!Bobby’s kennel cough is completely gone!
He picked up basic commands like sit pretty quick and his recall is not too bad either.Overall, he is just a happy dog although a little shy with Raj but follows me around like a shadow!
rubi27MemberQuick update on Bobby. His kennel cough is almost forgotten and he is full or energy. He is such a playful and energetic little fellow, there is no way he will not put a smile on your face, even on a rainy day.
He is house broken – no incidents at home and getting better with recall. Very smart as well, he is a quick learnerHere some new pics of Bobby trying to steal Jacky’s favorite blanket

photo 2.JPGrubi27MemberYvonne, you have done an amazing job with him in just a few short days.
He is such a placid and playful little thing. Just adorable.
He settled in very well. Its so funny watching him chase Jacky around! Its has always been the other way around!!!
Jacky seems a little confused once the tables have turned! He slept well in the kitchen with Jacky the first night without issues. There was no pining or whining at all. Seems to be happy when left alone with a partner. So i would say he would be well suited for a home with a pal for him to play.
Bobby is taking his queue from Jacky especially when the postman comes around!
He is starting to eat some kibble but gets distracted very easily from his food. He is progressing very well daily.
Bobby got his worming done yesterday. Will post some pictures soon!
