    Oh, June, Winston LOVES these blankets. He carries one around in his mouth and we drape two of them over pillows on the floor right next to my side of the bed at night. He burrows in and doesn’t move from them all night.

    They’re wonderful! And, when he goes home, he’ll have something that smells familiar to him of his very own to take along to the new place.

    Would love one for Jinky so that he can have a blanket of his very own. What a nice woman to spend all that time and effort on them.

    Today, Susie went home with her forever family. Phillip, Stephanie, and little Rebecca came to pick her up, and it was immediately clear that Susie remembered them.

    I’m so glad this gentle girl has a family of her very own, now. I will post pictures of Susie’s short time with us later today.

    Happy New Year to Susie and her family.
