Well, little Pepper has been with us a week now and boy he really is tiny. He is the cutest little thing and he gets on great with my little Trixie. When he first arrived he didn’t get on with Sandy and Nina but now he is more tolerable of them. As time goes on he seems to be more comfortable around them. I think he would be more suited to a home with no other dogs or small children, or maybe with another small dog. He loves to sit on your lap but always seems nervous to be picked up.When he gets really excited about something, he does the funniest little dance by standing up on his back paws and waving his front paws. He is fully house trained, so no accidents . He tends to bark at other dogs when out walking but I’m sure this could be addressed in time. He is very good on the lead and he has the cutest little spring in his step when walking. So many people stop to admire him when we are out walking

Linda8MemberYes Jenny, a month since we met with Nina. Time flies when you are enjoying yourself and boy we are enjoying every single minute that Nina spends here. Audrey, totally agree with you about the temperment of the Lurcher. They are so loooooovable, gentle through and through..
We are in no hurry for her to find her forever home, although we will be happy for her. I’m sure she will enrich the lives of whoever is lucky enough to adopt her, as she has all oursLinda8MemberThank you Tom for your kindness and best of luck with your new shop
Linda8MemberWell, I can’t believe that Nina has been with us for a month now and she is due to get her second vaccs, cant wait to bring her out with my 2 girls.. It hasn’t seemed fair to have to leave her behind up to now. Nina has settled in great with the family and is loved by all. She gets on great with other dogs and she loves the kids to bits. She follows my little Trixie around trying to copy things that she does but theres just some things that she cant do as she is bigger but its so funny watching her try. She has only had one accident in the house in the last week and when it comes to bedtime, she goes down for the night and there is not a peep out of her till the morning.. During the day she has bursts of energy and then she will usually snuggle up to Trixie, wherever she may be and have a nap..She will sit, give the paw and lie down for her treat… Trixie loves to hop up on my lap and up onto the counter beside me while I’m on the laptop and now Nina wants to join her all the time.
Linda8MemberSuch a heartwarming story. Hope Fiona feels better soon after her op.
Linda8MemberCongrats Cathy on the new member of your family. She looks adorable and what a coat !!!!!
Linda8MemberJust adding a few pics of Nina. Quality isnt great as they are off my phone but this little one shines through anyway. Nina (pippa) is coming along great. We all adore her….. She is such a clever little girl, she sits and gives the paw and has very few accidents in the house.. Once the back door is open, she just pops out to under the trampoline and does her business..She has figured out how to go up on the trampoline by using the ladder but she does struggle to make it. Cant wait to bring her out for a walk after her needles and let her explore the park.. She gets on great with my kids and even has a fanclub of kids knocking in to the house to see her every day.. She loves playing out the back garden and wont leave any of the toys in the house . As soon as we bring them back into the house she is gone running out the back garden with them.I just added a few pics of her as a slideshow so if you click on the following link, you can see them………

Linda8MemberLove the pics….These too guys are so lucky, not only to find a foster Mum but to find a foster friend as well, thanks to you, well done
Linda8MemberThis little girl wants to get along with everyone… adults, dogs, and especially children.. She is one in a million.. She does loves to grab my big dogs tail and Sandy runs and jumps on the trampoline to escape.. I dont think it will be too long before Nina figures out a way up after her.. When she is all played out, she loves to snuggle up to you, just like a baby and she loves to snuggle her head under your chin. She gets into the funniest positions when sleeping,as you can see from the following video link….

http://www.onetruemedia.com/shared?p=af … m=text_urlLinda8MemberWell, this little girl came to us yesterday, thanks to Jennie. You fall in love with her the minute you meet her and she looks into your eyes, so I’d understand the tears on the m50 Jennie. She just looks straight into your eyes and it melts your heart. She is so gentle and is great with the kids. She is wanting to play with my 2 dogs but at the moment they wont have anything to do with her but she is getting plenty of attention from the kids. She can go from just walking along to suddenly running along and bouncing in the air. She has a lovely nature and loves her cuddles.. Its a pleasure to have her here with us… Its going to be one very lucky person who welcomes this little one into their life …
Update already, Sandy, my eldest has just let Pippa snuggle up into her bed beside her..Looks a bit squashed but its good to see them together.
Pippa trying on little trixies clothes…..
