Macey settled straightaway when she arrived yesterday morning. She had a great day yesterday and enjoyed her time with us, she is a friendly confident girl who enjoys the fun. She slept well on her first night last night . You could hardly see her on the black bed! She loves to run around the garden with a ball and play with toys. Herself and Patch are getting on very well. ![]()

From Sheps foster family
Well what can I say about this beauty, she loves company. She comes to greet you when you come home, she cry’s when you leave and she is never far from you when you are at home.
She is great on the lead and will walk by you side without pulling on the lead. We only had her for a day or so and we have her off the lead on the beach which is very good for a new dog.
The kids love her and she is so well behaved around the house it is clear she is used to living indoors.
We have 3 cats ageing from about 4 years to 17 and she has been very quick to take to them she knows not to chase and ignores the fact that they sit on our knee when watching tv, although saying that she will sit on your lap given half a chance.
I have taken her out a number of times and she has reacted fantastically each dog she has meet.
This is a dog who is suited for a family as we have kids coming in and out all the time and she just loves everyone who comes into the house. But equally she is great company around the the house for any house because she is usually not far behind you.
This is a real well behaved dog and will make a great pet. She is smaller than our lab which is a small lab and is easily handled dog ideal for taking out for a walk by any kid aged 12 and up.photo 2 (3).JPG

From his family
Well the milestone has been reached we have just celebrated our 1st anniversary with Rory – today Arthur’s day. To say Rory has formed a big part of our family life for the past 12 months is an understatement. He is everything one would wish for in a dog – a true companion, friend, pal and soul mate. He is so loyal and loving and I would have to say a huge character who is very much loved. I have to tell you that when I am away on business we talk on Skype… and he knows it! Our older dog Muffin keeps him in toe but to be honest he loves her too. We have one child and to say that he minds him is an understatement, where Andrew is in our house you will find Rory. When I work from home he is under my feet in the office and is very content and relaxed. He loves his walks and especially going to the beach and paddling the waves.
A big thank you to all for rescuing Rory and for giving us a true friend that we truly adore.
