MemberThis poor dog – you could write a musical about him. First he ends up in the pound with this brother, then adopted and returned. The he brother is adopted and he is left behind. Its like he is doing all his growing up in the pound – like an older child in an orphanage.
Hope some one can offer him a foster place or better a forever home as he sounds like a great dog. Please please consider chuck

MemberWhat are people thinking … Its a young dog of course it barks – its all new to him and he is probably missing his litter mate.
by the way what happens when the dog is returned – does the clock start ticking again from the time it is returned or does it previous stay get taken into account?
Hope this wee fellow gets a really nice home.

MemberIm surprised to see two Akitas on the site – did they come in together or as indivduals? If they came in as a pair I would suspect that some one is looking for them.
Anway there is an Akita rescue organisation in the UK their website is called "akitarescue.org" (sorry not good at going links). They may be able to offer some assistance to these guys or perhaps potential adopters may want to look up the site re advice on this breed.
thanks for keeping up the work.

MemberHi, has Jamie found a foster or permanent home yet – my offer to take him on 28th still stands. I see from another thread that the pound is full and he is there a long time so its not good for him. Anyone any news?
