Yipee for Tilly AND you have a horse to ‘play’ with. Happy days!
You know, I am sure these dogs know they are being helped out of a horrible situation and are heading towards safety. A massive thank you to all the great people who help these dogs. When Nellabi arrived someone had put a blue and silver (reflective) collar on her. I have not taken that collar off her, it carries her ID tag and chip disc and I will treasure that little collar for ever because someone who helped her bought her that collar and that was the only thing in the world she had when she arrived.
Tilly, the little star, great to hear about her progress. What a journey she has bee on. Onwards and upwards Tilly, you are a rising star, and will continue to shine and sparkle for many years to come. Enjoy everything.
Timmy IS that cute! He is a busy boy and at 6 years of age is still a young dog – but no more fags Timmy, naughty, naughty. Love your little legs, covered in freckles, cute little face and you appear to have a proper tail, or am I mistaken? Thank you for the up-date Timmy’s foster family, another smart little terrier for me to follow.
I nearly swallowed my own face when I saw Pax at the top of the list, thank you so much for posting the photos. I agree, you are indeed very lucky to have Pax join your family. He and his brother are just gorgeous, I have missed hearing about them and now so happy that we have all caught up with the boys. Please let us know how he is now and again. He is so delicate, so, so sweet and I am delighted that he has his very own family and a safe happy future. Take care Pax and LOVELY to hear from you.
Dear Geordie
We are all back to normal today but the agility will have to wait until the wasp nest has been removed. All booked and paid for, just need the people to come and do it. My old girls only do the weaving poles, slowly while following a treat and dodging wasps!!! What a stunning dog your girl is turning into, you will have to take up long distance running to keep her fit and healthy – ready, steady, GO.
Hello Bosco. Please herd your foster person towards their camera, strike a pose and please post it onto the site. I am very keen to see how much more grown up you are. Please, pretty please! ![]()
Yet another smart little dog. What a good girl, fetching the sticks from the edge of the water, brave as well as smart. I am sure she will have a sparkling future.
My poor dog has just been stung by wasps, as was I, horrible things, their days are numbered A call to the local council tomorrow for removal. I had just unpacked and set up our brand new weave poles and jump. Nells bells was learning to weave, my brother was visiting and was watching Nellabi (doing very well I may add). She suddenly starting biting at her hip area and I saw the wasp, she managed to get it off. We were suddenly surrounded by about 30 wasps, I was stung in the face, Nells bells had taken shelter under the bushes. My brother said, "there is a wasp nest in the ivy", India, old GSD was standing quite oblivious to the wasp attack. I called Nellabi, grabbed India’s collar, Cassie had enough savvy to have legged it indoors, we all followed at a brisk trot. We gave it a few minutes and snuck back round to the ‘agility area’ and put the poles and jump back into their boxes and back indoors. Poor Nellabi will probably never do agility again now that she thinks she is going to get stung the second she tries to weave – poor dog. She is OK but how unpleasant. I know I have said its live and let live here, but not wasps and certainly not after attacking the Nells bells and then me!
How lovely. You have grown Bubs!!! Its so nice to see you, new bed and toys – what are you like? A new brother to ‘play’ with, your own family to wrap round your paw (I suspect that is happening as we speak) and staying in touch, good boy. Have you heard from Paxy? Please say a big thank you to your family for the up-date and new images, you are still gorgeous and probably always will be.
Any up-dated on Bosco dog. He has such a sweet, expressive face, a charming little chap.
More images of Timmy please. Can he really be that cute?
Well done Tess, behaving exactly as a small black terrier should. Like a little canine imp, moving silently in the night, sneaking passed your canine companions and scaring the living daylights out of your foster person, well done
That little adventure made me smile. You have helped me a little in missing Pax and Bubs. I will be following you and Bosco to your forever homes and if I could . . . well, I can’t, so will say no more on the adoption subject (for the moment!!!!!!!!!) ![]()
Hello Pax, how are you getting along in your very own home? You will have lots to learn and much to teach your family. Please let us know how you are. I miss hearing about you.
A boy and his dog, lovely images. What more can I say. Very pleased that her eye injury will fully heal and that she is starting to behave like a puppy, all very good news.
