:D Thank you very much for the up-date. Twinkle, I could reach into my computer screen and lift you out. I love the fact that you look right into the camera lense and that little pleading face is tugging at my heart strings :? . Its nice to know that you are safe, cosy and have human and canine company. You are a super little dog and I will be staying in touch ;)

:( Twinkle, I can’t bear to see you at the bottom of the page. I have been waiting for someone else to send a post to you and Snowy. Having just found out about the ‘Snowdrop’ I am sending you this post so you know you are very much in my thoughts. How are you getting on? I hope you can get to a computer and give us all (or just me) an up-date. I really need a sprinkling of the magic Twinkle dust right now

   Very real tears for you Snowy snowdrop. At least you were loved and cared for. I could just imagine your funny little bunny hop when out and about. You were a grand little dog and I am just happy you found DID and that you had a great time with your longest-standing foster mother and then found yourself in a home with people who loved you. I was a great fan as you know and I can’t tell you how far my heart dropped when I saw the posting

:o Well look at you! Lying there on your chair, TV on and wearing what I can only imagine is one of your many jumpers. I think you will find that your new life starts here 8-) . As for not eating dog food  . Why would you eat dog food when your slave will be serving up lovley things like chicken, rice, fish etc  . I am so happy for you and your family and look forward to reading about your many adventures. :D

What a very interesting looking little puppy dog. Now, foster family please do not be insulted in any way but I think your little foster boy looks a little like (steady now :? ) a baby baboon. 8-) He has the same long, square face. Just imagine that little face looking through the leaves of a tree or really long grass. He is certainly a ‘one-off’ and I would bet there will be a lot of interest in him. He also has that beautiful black, shiny coat – all wrapped up into one very cute and interesting little mutt :P Lovely curly tail too :D

 Poor everyone as well as Spencer. Difficult time for you but you have Spencer to care for and he will care for you. Remember the good times, there are many smiles to gain from looking back.

:D Ah, I see you have landed in five-star accommodation, well done;). Very much look forward to hearing about your progress via your fantastic foster mammy. You are one lucky puppy dog and so, so cute 8-)

I too am thinking of you Max. You are in the best place. Fluids are very important, getting rid of the worm burden, very, very important and most important of all – those antibiotics fighting all the ‘nasty’ things that are going on within. You must keep going, we are all with you and I can hardly wait to hear about you when you finally get home.

Terrible news. At least Hallie was part of a loving pack (family) and she had time to enjoy all the great things you gave her. I feel sorry for you, your family and especially Bax. Time will bring a new order and I really hope that in time, you will feel able to offer a safe, loving home to another needy dog.

Been reading about this condition on the Internet :( . At least Velvet is in a safe environment where she is being well fed and cared for. The up-side from her point of view is that she will not have any sort of clue how poorly she is :) . OBVIOUSLY, serious surgery is required. Any sort of surgery carries risk but what she has certainly cannot be ignored – but equally it is fixible (is there such a word?). I will be heading to the bank tomorrow to get a small donation sorted out for Velvet. I have no doubt that the many good people who follow the DID site will dip into their pockets/purses/handbags and find even a few pence (euros) to help this little dog. The money will soon build up and will, hopefully, cover her treatment. Lets look forward to seeing a fit, healthy Velvet in full health. Get everything crossed now ;)

The 11 years you were together are the important ones. There are many of us who know EXACTLY how you must be feeling. Treasure the happy times. Best wishes.

 I LOVE the picture of you with the mad hair-do after your walk in the rain. That is a keeper :D Yet another charming DID dog just waiting for the opportunity to brighten up the life of a needy family. As for being Collie x GSD, two great breeds mixed into one super dog 8-) What more could you want ;)

:D What a very exotic ‘cocktail’ you are Pickles. Collie for herding, Terrier for tenacity and a dash of the beautiful Saluki for just being beautiful. Now that I think about it, your face does have a slight Saluki look. What ever the mix, you have come together very well, handsome boy ;)
