:o Bit of a mad hair-do there :P . Have you just fallen out of bed or been outside on a windy day    You are a very cute little thing under that hair. How are you doing? (You are invited to join my list that Wogan is on and now with Lexi too, although I didn’t ask her – I just assumed she would be happy to have me stalk her – oh, well  )

:o Very little interest? I am shocked and now have you on my list of ‘MUST FOLLOW’ :D

Is that a blue sponge you are now running around with? :? :P

:( Another terrible day for DID and the foster families. At least he was safe, being cared for and had a family waiting for him and he was known to us all.

:D Well, I am delighted – it was going to be one of us but I have been dithering for weeks and months now. Looking at my own dogs, watching Nellie steal all the toys from Dudley, even when she has a mountain of them and wondering whether I could offer Willow (Tia) a home that would be in her best interests. Now we have the answer and I honestly do think it is the very best outcome for this splendid little dog. Please do let us (OK, me  ) know how she is getting on.

Well, she escaped the horrible world she landed in. At least she finally came under the care of DID and everything that could be done was done and she wasn’t left to be terrified and unwanted in the pound. It is still very, very sad.

:( This poor little puppy dog, the second she was given hope, disaster landed. Hopefully the vet will get drugs sorted out for her and even if she has to stay on tablets for ever that should not stop her having a happy life. Sending all hope and good wishes to you Floss, stick in little one. Been doing cat sitting recently and have been asked to do a few more days soon so that money will be heading your way to help with the vet bills.

;) Willow, what a clever, clever little dog you are. Knowing you have to maintain your sit while your food is prepared and delivered but managing to get to your bowl without letting yourself or your foster family down. I am full of admiration for you. You could be the princess to Wogan’s princely status :D

I have a neutered male Border Terrier and a neutered female Patterdale Terrier but we live in Scotland. Don’t know if we can help with your project but if you think we can, please let me know.

:P You know what? I adore your little foster dog ;) I was SSOOOO excited when I saw there was a post. Who cares whether or not she would ever win some sort of competition, its just fun to take part. We don’t enter anything serious, I don’t have the time and being a carer to my 89 year old father (who is my chief dog-sitter  ) often means I can’t travel any great distance so the shows we go to are all quite local. They are usually about fund-raising and meeting up with like-minded people rather than winning but it’s still nice when Nellie does something clever 8-) . That said, I do enjoy training the mutts and it’s great to see them when ‘the penny drops’ and they start to offer various moves/tricks to make that clicker give treats. I was at my vet practice last week to pay the bill for the boosters and worm pills and the receptionist and one of the nurses asked me when I was going to re-home another dog. Honestly, I don’t need encouragement – I AM TRYING TO BE SENSIBLE :( but it’s hard, it really, really is. I have been known to be stupid  (a lot :P ). Anyway, it’s not about me, it is all about the wonderful Willow :D

:? Calling Miss Willow :P I know things have probably not changed much for you but you have had another couple of weeks to show your foster family a bit more of the ‘real you’. Would love to know what you are up to – good and bad  I am a rubbish stalker, everyone knows I am stalking you – but its good to have a hobby 8-)

8-) Now, you are the gold standard of adopters. Your recent blog about Nigel’s medical problem is sad but the fact he is and will always be a member of your family has filled my heart with joy. A happy, beautiful dog who will be cared for properly for the rest of his life, well, that is just great. A very, very lucky dog ;) and its good for my soul to know that there are people like yourselves on this planet :)
