Nico has fully settled into his foster home. He is just the cutest boy around! He is very, very well house trained. He doesn’t beg at the dinner table and once you say No once to him he won’t try whatever it is he’s doing again.

He’s an absolute pleasure of a dog to be around and a great, loyal companion. He is just gorgeous too. Any walk we’re on, he’ll always get admired by all the other dog walkers.

He’s very interested in other dogs and gets on great with any type. Looking forward to getting him neutered as he is a bit *too* interested in the ladies but sure it’s not his fault!

I’ve been training him to walk off the lead over the last few days and he is just the best boy. Very obedient and will wait for you if you lag behind too much for him.

He loves playing chase, tug of war, burying treats, walks and loads of love. He adores getting his neck rubbed and loves his belly too- he’s always rolling over on his belly looking for attention!

This little fella really deserves a caring and loving forever home. He is the most loveable dog in the world!

Nico is having a great first weekend in his foster home. He is such a placid, easy going dog and such great company to be around. He loves his walks and is very good on his lead, he is strong but let’s you lead the way and doesn’t resist when you need to stop or move him along from sniffing.

The more comfortable he is getting in the home, the more he is testing his boundaries! He is a well mannered lad though and looks to you as if to say ‘is this alright?!’. He is a very good and clever boy though, once you say no and get him down from wherever he may not be allowed he won’t try it again.

He LOVES to play with people. Much prefers interactive games than playing alone. He loves playing tug of war with teddies and toys, and loves chasing after balls. Once he gets the teddy/ball though he wants to give it back so you can play again! When he’s alone he likes to enjoy some R’n’R, flopping down and going for a nap. He also loves burying bones and chasing cats.

I am completely in love with this dog! He’s making me want to rethink my travelling plans just so I can stay with him! This good boy REALLY deserves a good home with lots of love. He is so easy going around the house, no hassle at all and he’s also a great exercise companion. I hope he finds a loving forever home really soon!

First day with Nico today, he is such a lovely boy!! An absolute pleasure to have him in our home, he is so well mannered! He hasn’t tried to get on any chairs or couches, nor has he tried to get upstairs- definately the best behaved dog we’ve ever even have visit the home!

He has a lovely personality, very easy going and loves to play with everyone (but never jumps up on you which is great!).

His first day here involved him getting fed as he was starving after suffering from motion sickness on his way here (Blackrock) from Meath. The poor lad smelled awful so he got a nice bath outside in the garden, which he wasn’t too keen on at first but soon came to enjoy it. He also went for a walk around the area to get to know where his new home for the next month will be.

All the people I met on the walk couldn’t believe he wasn’t snatched up sooner by someone who can commit to giving him a forever home. His face and personality are just to die for!
