forgot about the video picking up background noise !!! lol – good job it wasn’t nearer the end of that game or admin wouldn’t have had to do the beep test lol – although I think at that stage the dogs had left the room to get away from the mad humans :-)

Hi all sorry never thought to give an idea on size – Bentley is more of a X than a lab – has the lovely colouring of a black lab but that’s about it – look at his lovely curly tail – these are the best two pictures of a bad lot – he sees me with my phone and comes over for a cuddle lol – he is now six months and I would say pretty much fully grown – does not have the solid big build of a lab he’s actually quite light and lean – I’ve got one picture of him on his own and got a quick shot of him standing beside my setter – hope these help a bit :-)

Bentley has been with us a few weeks now and he settled in on the first day and made himself at home. He is the most adorable goodnatured fella and so quick to learn and please. He is crate trained (but have to say because he was so good from the first day he has the run of the house) and house trained. Is really good with the kids and our other dogs and sits and waits for his food and treats. He has been introduced to our cats and so far so good lol. I’d be more afraid of the cats taking a sneaky swipe at him he’s so lovable just wants to say hello to them all the time :-) Loved playing with our other foster Snowy and thought he’d really miss her but seems just as comfortable on his own doing his own thing as having a playmate :-)

Rex is just the sweetest gentlest giant you could meet. he is so good with our other dogs always defers to them – particularly Snowy our little white foster terrier lol – all he wants is to be fussed over, petted and cuddled – it’s true what they say about the big dogs – bone idle :D – he goes for his walk (getting so much better on the lead doesn’t pull but crosses over a bit but huge improvement) and then just wants to laze around – will sleep anywhere – even curled up into little Snowy’s bed lol – he’s great with kids – now he’s made himself more at home he’s taking more of an interest in my cats – not in a bad way but needless to say they don’t want anything to do with him :D – he’s had no real interaction for his formative years and is only now learning how to play and appreciate what it’s like to be part of a family – he’s an absolute dote

So sorry I haven’t updated – As most people will see from my posts all my fosters have been big dogs but when I seen this little mite in the pound I knew she needed out asap. She has completely stole our hearts. she is the most adorable natured little pet. All she wants is loving and cuddles. as soon as you sit down she finds her little spot and snuggles in. she gets on great with the kids, our other dogs and the cats – only she looks like a terrier you’d never think she was one !! she has the run of the house only because when I tried to leave her in the kitchen and the sitting room at night time with our other dogs she kept crying and broke my heart soooooooooo yes she sleeps on my bed lol – she follows us everywhere even to the extent of sitting looking in the shower door :D – an absolute little dote – luv her – going by the photos it looks like she never moves i’ll put up action shots again lol

Penny aka Cara is quick to learn and a bundle of fun :) she’s been with us nearly a week now has certainly livened up the place lol – she is house trained and we are crate training her as well. she is great around the house and we have no problem leaving her for short times with our other dogs. we are only crate training her to give her time out on her own and away from the bigger dogs. She’s thinks she can play forever lol but she’s still only a baby and needs her quiet time. She understands the crate is only for her sleep time and we cover the crate with a blanket nd she doesn’t look to come out again until we all get up in the morning. (it also gives the bigger dogs, our other fosters, Ralph and Lizzy, a chance to get a rest as well lol) – loves her cuddles <3

Ah Bruno – your letting your foster mammy down you little rascal :-) – you’re still only a little fella though so hopefully once those teeth are all in you’ll lose your luv of shoes – so glad to hear that otherwise he’s settling in so well – for a little dog he made a big impression in our home <3
