    Competitions this year will include :

    Pup Idol (dogs under 1 year old)
    Golden Oldie (dogs over 8 years old)
    Best Dressed
    Best Trick
    Waggiest Tail

    DiD Rescue Dog 2009 (male and female)
    DiD Rescue Pup 2009 (male and female)

    There will also be a display of agility (perhaps a mini competition depending on numbers) and a display of scootering huskys.

    Stands will include :

    DiD Stand sellings collars and leads, beds, etc.
    The Wagging Tail Stand with treats, novelty toys, etc.
    Kiddies Corner with face painting, balloon making, etc.
    Royal Canin Stand
    Herbalwise with alternative remedies
    Tomas Janak who will be doing mini readings (dog whisperer and animal communicater)
    Tellington Touch
    Aloe Vera Stand
    A caricaturist who will be doing sketches of dogs and humans! (very unique!)
    Animal Jewelry Stand
    Homemade cookies and treats for dogs
    I.D. tag engraving

    And our DiD Raffle (of course!)

    Caras owners (previously Sheena) unfortunately were working full time so felt that they could not give her the time and exercise she needed.
    She was with them from a 6 week old puppy and their children loved her (hence great with children).
    They made a very diffucult, but wise, decision by rehoming her as she is with a fantastic family now and being loved to death (and getting plenty of exercise!) 8-)

    Cara is reserved to her foster family :D

    Cara enjoying the high life at last!



    Feeling a little sorry for herself (but still with a smile on her face!)
    She will soon be back to bouncing around! 8-)

    A big thanks to her new owners for giving her a fresh start ;)

    :) I cant believe he has grown so much from the tiny skinny pup he was when he came into our care. He is very proud and elegant now.
    Well done with him he looks great and mor importantly happy.

    Cleo is now in foster with me and she is just the easiest going dog Ive ever had, as the saying goes… ‘if she was any more laid back she would be horizontal!’
    She is just perfect and would settle into any home.
    Shes brilliant with everything, dogs, cats, kids, people, on the lead, recall, training….
    A fantastic dog, whoever gets to adopt her will be very lucky!

    Cleo ‘HELPS’ with a spot of gardening…..



    And then after all that hard work, spends the evening crashing out!

    Rudy and Reese are ‘sitting in a tree’ in love in the pound!
    He is about 18 mths old.
