Just a quick update on this little guy.
He is a charmer who has settled very well and very quickly into life in fostercare. He is growing in confidence by the day and, thankfully, is not quite as crazy as his sis!!!! He sleeps a lot more than Minnie and he eats like a horse – don’t know where he puts it half the time. He loves to be cuddled and loves to play – with toys, the other dogs, any available human. . . Like Minnie, I can see he will be an active little man but he is less inclined to chew so fingers, toes and nose are a bit safer around Munchie!!! Will keep you posted.CAM_0419.JPGJust a quick update on this little lady. She was very unsure when she arrived on Friday but what a transformation in 2 days!!
She has become a cocky little lady with no fear and she potters around as if she owns the place She is eating well and sleeping well – cries a little when we put her to bed but settles quickly enough. She is definitely the "mad one" of the two and she absolutely loves to chew – anything made of flesh, preferably, although she is teething like crazy to be fair to her. Already I can see that she will be an active little lady and an intelligent one. At the minute she is just 2 kilos of pure baby and LOVES to play and snuggle in equal measure. Will keep you posted. Kibbles was an absolute joy to foster – as I kept telling everyone and I am not one bit surprised to hear all the good things you are saying about him. We feel SO PROUD and lucky to have been even a small part of this little man’s upbringing. We all wish you all every happiness and many years of joy and love with our precious little Kibbles. Give him a HUGE hug from all of us here. Well our special, FANTASTIC little guy left us this morning for his new life!!
We will miss him so much – He is the most incredible dog imaginable and Sarah, Jonathan, Poppy and Rosie are getting the greatest companion. All the very best, my wonderful little man…. Ah thanks for that, Amanda. He looks like he really loves his bed!!

Kai left us on Friday, Kayla is going later today and my little man Kibbles is leaving us on Saturday He met a lovely family last weekend and Sarah, Jonathan, Poppy and Rosie can’t wait to bring this little guy home! I am not surprised – he is the greatest little dog ever and we all wish him lots of luck and happiness in his new home. Well Kayla went a-visiting yesterday and wowed them all in the Byrne household and they have decided to give her her forever home.
She will have a wonderful new mammy in Mary and loads of visiting adults and kids to play with. She has also inherited two big (well older!!!) canine sisters and a garden to die for!!! She will be leaving us this morning. Be happy in your new life, my little angel. Well I dropped Kai up to his new forever family yesterday. Talk about prepared!!!
A bed I would sleep in meself, food, toys, chewies and a spanking new collar and lead – complete with beautiful name tag Kai will be keeping his name and Amanda and co are thrilled to become his new family. Kayla was a little bit lost yesterday but Sam, whom she idolises, has been taking care of her. He even shared his bed last night – a first for him. Be happy, my little angel, Kai.Delighted to report that Kai met his forever family on Monday and it was mutual love at first sight!
Don’t know who was more excited – Kai, Mum and Dad or Daniel and Sarah He will be heading off to his new life on Friday. Thrilled for you, my little baby
