MemberOur little Munchkin went off to his new life this morning – sad for us
but very happy for him.
Marie and the Hodson family waited a very long time to get him and I was delighted to see him head off with tail high wearing a brand new collar and lead. So happy for the little man. Be happy, Munch!!!

MemberWell I took possession of this little man today and he is just like a triplet to the Munchie / Minnie Twins!!
He is so like Minnie in looks and voice – they both have the same little cute bark. He has settled in well with us even though he is being kept FIRMLY in his place by the minx and the munchkin!!
He has started to fight his corner this evening and he is snoring away on my lap as I type. He is a real cuddle monster with a bad dose of lap fever – any available lap will do when he wants a rest. All in all a real sweetheart.
Munchie is heading off tomorrow and Minnie will be very glad of Pepper’s company – we were really afraid she would miss Munchie terribly. Just getting to know the wee man. Will update again soon.

MemberWell our little minx was vaxed and chipped on Friday and she didn’t like it ONE LITTLE BIT!!!
But in typical doggie fashion, she recovered in seconds and hasn’t looked back since.
She is coming on in leaps and bounds and loves to play with her brother Munchie and her foster siblings. She has got taller and stronger, she eats like a horse, sleeps like a log, cuddles like a good’un – she is a great little girl!!

MemberWell our little Minx is truly back to her effervescent self again after her sickness and her enforced separation from the Munchkin – she is doing GREAT!!!
We have been working on the chewing and play-biting and she has really improved in this area. She responds very well to the word "NO" so she is learning. She has that most endearing terrier trait of putting her head to one side to listen when you talk to her or if she hears a strange noise.
Toilet training is coming along too but it is a work in progress!!. Minnie has really blossomed into a very sweet, playful girl and all the crying and neediness of her early days with us has stopped which is wonderful to see.
Munchie will be heading off to his new life next weekend and I really hope that Minnie’s HAPPY ENDING is not too far away. A great little girl.

MemberWell our little minx got back her partner-in-crime this evening when Munchie came home from the vets.
We are delighted to have him home but I hope Mark (the vet) was joking when he asked me to keep him quiet tonight
Minnie is SO THRILLED to have her little bro back and he is so charmed to be home that they haven’t stopped playing manically since he came through the door
Minnie, herself, has been fantastic since she came home and is living up to her high-energy reputation with a vengeance!!!
I managed to grab a few quick snaps of her lying in the sun in between bouts of chewing and playing so here they are.

MemberPoor little Munch is still in the vets but he is on the mend, thank God
Mark (the vet) reckons he may be home tomorrow. They just have to get him eating properly. He is such a grubber that it is hard to imagine him not eating but . . . . I know he is in the best place but I will be THRILLED to get him home as I am sure Minnie will be too!!
Minnie the minx is definitely back to her old self – nothing is safe!!! Great to see though after her being so sick. Will keep you posted.

MemberHi everyone. I am home
Poor Munchie is still in the vets though – hope to have him home tomorrow.
I am feeling much better and have been tearing around playing and chewing and eating my really special food that the vet gave me!!! I was SO happy to get home to Sam, Tigra, Mollie and Casper and all the human Colgans too. Thank you to everyone who thought about me while I was sick – all that positive energy helped me a lot.

MemberThanks a million, Indianna and everybody. A bit of good news this morning – they are both much brighter than yesterday and have been reunited in the one bunk
Not quite ready to come home yet but it’s looking good

MemberPoor old Munchie joined his sister, Minnie in the vets today having succumbed to the same virus she had.
They will both be in overnight (again in Minnie’s case). Hoping to get them home real soon. Munch’s new family are really disappointed that they can’t have him on Sunday as planned but we need to get him well. Keep everything crossed for the two of them.

MemberPoor old Minnie is still battling away.
She is brighter than she was when we took her to the vet but she is still there and still on a drip! Unfortunately, Munchie has now joined her.
They are both on drips and receiving antibiotics so hopefully their systems will respond. Very quiet without them here. Thank you, everyone SO MUCH for keeping them in your thoughts – we all really appreciate it. Keep you posted.

MemberPoor little Minnie is a bit under the weather at the minute and had to spend last night at the vets.
I am sitting by the phone waiting to get an update on her. Hope we can get her home today.
