MemberWe were calling him Bobby for the couple of days we had him (after Greyfriars Bobby, a story we heard in Edinburgh years ago which really inspired us
) and he seemed to respond to it – a little anyway!!!
Glad he is over his op and getting loads of TLC.

MemberJust HAD to post the two pics below, It’s almost a "give me the password and I’ll let you out!" from Mollie followed by a whispered exchange.
Freya is a complete joy to have around. She just bounds around the place, totally happy with whatever is going on, loves her toys and plays wrestling (very gently I might add ) with the others, especially Thor and Mollie who take their cue from her and are quite gentle in return!
She has the softest fur imaginable. Love her to bits!!!

MemberWell today it is 2 years since we drove to Ashton pound to pick up a 5 month old white samoyed x puppy. At some stage over the last 2 years he morphed into a golden samoyed / retriever dog but he is the most gorgeous and funniest creature on the earth!
He is the happiest animal whose tail is constantly up and wagging. With his big thick coat, he is always panting and his big lolling tongue and smiley samoyed mouth puts us all in good humour no matter what sort of a day we have had.
He became doggie number 4 here and we agonised over whether we should keep him but, boy, did we make the right decision!!!
Happy 2nd "gotcha" day, Cas!

MemberWell look where you ended up, you lucky guy!!!
I remember the sweeping brush scenario only too well.
I don’t know who looks happier in the pictures, you or your three gorgeous brothers. Have a great life, Jackson and DO keep us informed how you are getting on.

MemberJust heard there from Jackson’s new family that he had a fantastic first day and night (that’s the WONDERFUL training he got here!!!!!!
) He is having a ball and the whole family are "mad about him".

MemberDelighted (I think!!
) to report that Jackson left us today for his own special "happy ever after".
He has gone to a lovely family in Kildare with lots of land around their house for him to run around in and THREE children to play with. As always, it was tough to let him go – he is a really special little man – but thrilled that he has found his own forever family.
Miss you lots, pet!!!! Be SO SO happy, my little man.

MemberWell, Audrey, if ever a doggie deserved the best ever mammy and the most wonderful "happy ever after", it is Velvet! I am so thrilled for her and for you – I knew you would never let her go
You have been absolutely fantastic from start to finish, Audrey, with this beautiful girl and her present glow of health is all down to you. You are a star – delighted for you all.

MemberOh Sandie, I am just heartbroken for you and little Elmo.
I can only begin to imagine how you are feeling today and I know there is precious little I can say to make things any better for you or your family. But what I WILL say is that Elmo had a fantastic time with you – you are one AMAZING fosterer and you give all your foster puppies SO, SO much while they are with you – PLEASE let that thought be of some comfort to you today.
Be at peace, little Elmo!

MemberI am heartbroken at the loss of this beautiful girl but what absolutely WONDERFUL words spoken about her by her fantastic foster mam!
You are a saint for all you did for this little girl and to pass over in the arms of someone who loved her and in whom she trusted was the best outcome for little Bella (if life wasn’t an option for her). You are truly wonderful.
Peace at last, little angel.

MemberDay 3 with this little treasure and all is going brilliantly!
Jackson continues to be a true joy – there is "killings" among the 5 of us here (humans that is!!!) to get to play with him and cuddle him!
He is a real man’s man, much to the delight of the hubby and 2 adult!!!! sons.
He is starting to go outside to do his business but this is still very hit and miss (with more misses than hits). Jackson has one funny ear – you can see this in the photo below – which falls in the wrong direction. His left ear falls inwards which makes him look even cuter if that is possible.
A real cracker! I hope his forever family come along really soon because I will already have a job persuading the family to part with him.

MemberOh you poor little sweetheart.
Can’t help with fostering you, I am afraid – my house is anything BUT a good home in which to convalesce – but I am thinking of you and sending all good vibes your way. Stay strong little girl.
