MemberThanks so much, Sarah, for that wonderful update and gorgeous photo! Glad to know that Bear is still the chatty little ( or BIG!!!) guy that we knew and loved. Niall says he used to sing along with the radio – I had forgotten that!!!
They all look fabulous. Hi to all there from all here.

MemberCollette, so THAT’S why you put off fostering for so long!!!
You DID say that you would find it very hard to let them go. . . . . Looks like you got a real sweetheart there and I am so thrilled for you all – especially for Meg.
All the best, Meg – you have found the greatest forever family!

MemberReceived a lovely update drom the bould ippy’s forever family. . . .
Just a quick update on Pippy. She continues to delight and (try to) rule the roost, a big bundle of character in a small body! Her energy never fails to amaze us, she matches the big dogs and more on walks and runs and comes back bouncing. She has managed to convince the family that bean bags are fair game and so are those in them, not really furniture in her mind so definately allowed to snuggle into. Anyone reading stretched out on the floor in front of the fire usually ends up with a little hotwater bottle in the small of their back as she feels duty bound to protect us where ever we are!

What a stunner she has become. I never fail to be surprised when I see our cute little puppies all grown up – its as if I expect them to be puppies forever!!
Congrats and all good wishes, Snoopie and family. She looks so well and happy. Delighted to hear from you. Love from all here.

Love the one with her new feline buddy too, Claire. Looks like you are getting big, Penny, and I bet you make a great Santa’s Little Helper!
Wishing you ALL a very happy Christmas. Love from all the Colgans!!!

MemberWell today is a red letter day in the Colgan household as it is three years exactly since our beautiful Mollie came to stay with us – for a little while!!!!
We were "DEFINITELY NOT" keeping her (famous last words) but fate stepped in and Mollie stayed and I have to say FATE GOT IT RIGHT!!!! Mollie is an absolute sweetheart with the waggiest tail, friendliest demeanour and sweetest temperament. In the three years she is here, she has been foster mammy to more than 40 pups – she is always the one they gravitate towards and she is the one they snuggle up with at night (mutually beneficial cos Moll is a real cuddle monster who flatly refuses to settle unless she is lying with or on or beside another living creature!
) My lap has a Mollie groove in it!!!! She ADORES her family and her canine brothers and sis, LOVES her walks in Tymon Park and her favourite place is lying in the sun out the back!
What a great day for us when she arrived.
Happy Gotcha Day, sweetheart!

MemberOh how beautiful. And how BIG you have got, Harvey!
Much bigger than when we had you in foster in August but every bit as handsome!!!
It is so wonderful to keep track of our foster babies. Thanks so much for the lovely update and STUNNING picture.
Lots of love from all here, Harvey. Have the happiest "happy ever after".ColganFamily
MemberOh Karen, thank you so much for sharing that update and photo.
The house is SO quiet here today with our two babies gone ( not unpleasantly so, Kathy – enjoying being an adult canine house for a little while!!!!! )
Layla and Jess look so comfortable together and it is great to hear that they have become such fast friends.
Keep the updates coming.
Loads of love, Layla from all here.ColganFamily
MemberWell the dreaded day when our absolute little angel, Penny, left us for pastures new came today.
She has been such a HUGE part of the life of the Colgan clan since her arrival three weeks ago and she really got under the skin of everyone here (even the dogs!!) We thought long and hard about keeping her but we had to be practical and let her go – for everyone’s sake.
She has, thankfully, gone to a home where she will be cuddled 24/7 which is JUST what she needs. Her new family have promised loads of updates and I will hold them to that!
Have the most wonderful life, my little baby – no-one deserves it more than you!ColganFamily
MemberWell our little sweetheart Zuri went off to her forever home this morning where she has a big sister, Jess, an adult GSD to keep her company and show her the ropes.
Zuri was a wonderful little lady to have in foster and I know she will be really happy in her new home.
As always, I am keeping the staff of Kleenex in employment so no pre-Christmas job losses there!!!!Sad for us
but THRILLED for Zuri.
Have a fantastic happy ever after, pet. -
