July 30, 2010 at 8:57 pm #99563LuvMyFurKidsMemberWhitney is NOT the diva she was named after one little bit …..she won me over seconds after we arrived at her new foster home …..and her new foster Auntie Nicola was there with the giant "Simba" who is the new love of her life….well here’s hoping and keeping fingers and paws crossed ……she was a good deal relaxed before I left and I even got a couple of kisses as a huge thank you! Watch his space …..as I hope love is in the air!
August 3, 2010 at 2:10 pm #99706CarolineMemberWhitney is doing great, a bit shy at first and afraid and very skinny, although its hard to see how tiny she is under that fur!!..but she is settling in very well here!
My giant Pom Simba is looking after her!!She is adorable and gets on great with other dogs and children.
I am attaching some photos now too…

August 6, 2010 at 12:16 am #99695DID RescueKeymasterCome on Indianna this must be your next small project now Pax and Parker have moved on…………
August 6, 2010 at 8:36 am #99764IndiannaMemberPax, Parker (Bubs) and super-Bosco will never completely move on for me and I hope their people will stay in touch with the DID site but you are right Twist, Whitney is in my sights now and I WILL be following her. Can’t believe a little dog like that so nearly lost her life because no-one wanted her. You have no idea how I have to restrain myself on a daily basis and not fill in application forms for these little dogs. I did for Pax but didn’t send it because I have enough (4) and a full-time job, hence my interest in the little ones. They can come with me to work (stay in the office) and are easy to take everywhere. I adore GSDs but not in a position for another one so just help out now and again with GSD Rescue Scotland. If I had the money and didn’t have to work . . . . . . Anyway Whitney is lovely and I will happily ‘trot’ alongside her all the way to her very own home.
August 8, 2010 at 10:06 am #99839IndiannaMemberGood morning Whitney . Have you still got your little paws crossed – wishing for a lovely family to find you? It will happen but until then your foster person will love and care for you . Such a pretty dog, I bet you get lots of attention when you are out and about. Remember, never go out and about on your own, you must ALWAYS take your people with you . I hope you have started training them, its never too early . Lots of clicks and treats, that will get them on the right path.
August 9, 2010 at 3:08 pm #99903IndiannaMemberGorgeous little Whitney, I have my paws crossed for you as I see you have a ‘reserved’ tag. Please, please, please let it all work out perfectly for you. How could anyone resist you?
