March 28, 2011 at 7:10 pm #103203AnonymousInactiveShe had her 2nd vaccination today and once again she was as good as gold. Has really settled in and Rocky and her have become best buddies, playing together, sleeping together . We are now able to leave her in the garden with the rest of the dogs unaccompanied without worrying. She is worn out when she comes back in!! She has met lots of new dogs and people over the last few days and is very friendly with both. She loves cuddling up on anyones lap at the end of the day.

She is very high energy but once she has a long walk or playtime with an equally energetic doggy she is quite content to sleep the day away. Now that she is used to the house we have stopped letting her on the couch not that she doesn’t try every once in a while . Hope somebody will fall for her as much as we have

If she manages to get away from you and make a run for it, you’ll find her back in bed curled up pretending to be asleep
April 17, 2011 at 7:59 am #104725AnonymousInactiveWell today is the big day, this little lady is going to her forever home. We are going to miss her loads but we know that her new family will love her just as much as we have.
April 18, 2011 at 10:12 pm #104759DID RescueKeymasterIt’s always a good day and a sad day combined.
But at least you know that by fostering her you have set her up for the next stage in what will be a long and happy life
It’s a good feeling knowing you were a major part of her now having a new life and the chance she may not have had if she had not be taken out of the Pound and into foster care.Look forward to the updates from her new family.

April 25, 2011 at 8:20 pm #104886briandonohoeMemberHi, Carol & family here just to let you know Melanie new name Izzy is settling in very well. She is very well behaved & delighted to meet family & friends who call. Introduced her to my sisters dog Theo & they had a great run in the walkway close to were we live. She loves playing with the ball in the back garden with the boys. We still have to get her used to the car, just going on 1 or 2 small drives to get her used to it had her down the park today running after the ball she is now curled up in bed asleep wrecked from all the running around. Always excited to see us come down in the morning, loves having her belly rubbed, we’re getting there with the house training, we are all delighted with her. The two boys are trying to teach her tricks will keep you posted.

She is a great character with a super personality. Hope she brings you years of joy. Give her cuddle from us xx
