i couldnt believe how fearless she was in your house, bet she will try boss the boys around in no time!!March 19, 2011 at 7:15 am #88020AnonymousInactiveBoss is right she has no fear, stood her ground with the 2 Boys!!! Don’t think she’s had much socialising with other dogs but we’ll sort that out. She’s a little firecracker, the only thing that stops her is sliding on the wooden floors..have to be careful not to step on her as she always at your heal. Sits while waiting for her food and even though shes underweight she shows no food agression. No accidents at all, as soon as she’d start pacing the lead went on and she did her business outside . Had to put a harness on her when walking as she’s so tiny was afraid she’d escape the collar but she walked without any jumping or attempting to eat the lead. Had a good laugh when she discovered her id tag and spent about 10 mins trying to eat her neck. Had a good nights sleep once she settled.

Has finally started to play like a puppy, even had a game of tug of war with Rocky. Got micro chipped earlier and didn’t even whine. Discovered she can watch the boys from the safety of the window sill this afternoon. Has become very fond of jumping up on anyones lap for a cuddle . Think she might have a bit of whippet in her as she’s fast as lightening, never seen a puppy get up the stairs a quick!!! She really would make a great addition to anyones home.

mail4.jpgMarch 21, 2011 at 10:59 pm #94944AnonymousInactiveBuster seems to have finally got used to our new arrival. She started on the dried food today without any bother. Loves her walks, you wouldn’t even know she is at the end of the lead, she skips along. She’s a clever little thing, understands sit and no and down(off the sofa). Had a good giggle earlier, we had the curtains open but it was dark outside and she had a good yap at the telly reflection

she looks great marie, and spoilt!!
but you are doin a great job of teaching her what a loving family isMarch 22, 2011 at 8:56 am #95790AnonymousInactiveTara, its funny isn’t it every day they’ve let her get closer. She was a bit snappy to them at first but after 12 days in the pound who can blame her, but Buster put her in her place. Rocky is so gentle with her even though secretly i know he wants to have a good wrestle. They slept in the same bed last night . They’ve become walking buddies.

All colours and sizes are catered for in this household
It will be a great learning curve for this little woman.
Well done to all human and canine for helping this little on along the wayMarch 26, 2011 at 12:44 am #81643AnonymousInactiveHave to say my own dogs are the real foster parents, teaching her how to behave. She has really thrived being around them. Its a joy to see the change from the cautious slightly snappy pup to the happy girl she has become in just a week
