Any info on this little chap? Is he house trained? Good with dogs/kids etc?

Twinkle is a little sweetheart – great with children – fully housetrained and very playful. Will have pics later today

This little man was taken into foster a year ago this week and was adopted by his foster family He is a great little man and is adored by all
