MemberWe wanted to wish everyone at dogs in distress a Happy Christmas and New Year! We are very grateful that Snoopie came to us and that she was so well looked after by dogs in distress and her foster mum.
She is doing really well and is the happiest little girl. Herself and Holly are the best of friends and they love to get up to all sorts of mischief – especially when we are out!
It has taken a while for her to get used to the car and up to last week I had to hold her on my lap in the car enroute to the best dog walking spots. She’s come to realise that the car means fun walks, so last week she started jumping in on her own! She’s growing so fast that sometimes we forget that she’s still a pup – until she gives us that puppy look (or should I say, stare out, when she’s hungry!)
I’ve attached some photos of Snoopie over the last few days and will post up more over the next few weeks.

MemberOh she is just BEAUTIFUL!!!
What a stunner she has become. I never fail to be surprised when I see our cute little puppies all grown up – its as if I expect them to be puppies forever!!
Congrats and all good wishes, Snoopie and family. She looks so well and happy. Delighted to hear from you. Love from all here.

MemberSo it’s Snoopie’s 1st birthday (well it’s around now so we decided to mark it on the bank holiday weekend)
There’s been lots of trips for long walks – glendalough and tara, playing with other doggies and some delicious dinners to celebrate
Snoopie and her sister Holly make us smile every day and our house would not be a home without them. Snoopie wants to say thanks to her foster mammy ‘ColganFamily’ for looking after her, and Marie and the team in DID for everything they have done for her. Here’s some pics of the Snooper, smiling as usual

MemberSnoopi, what a STUNNER you have grown up to be!
It does my heart good to see you looking so happy and loved with your lovely lolling tongue and super shiny coat. Can’t believe it is almost a year but a quick check on my "wall of fame" of our fosters tells me you are spot-on!!! Thank you, Sarah and Holly, for giving such a wonderful "happy ever after" to a gorgeous, special lady.
Lots of love from all here.
