Steve is settling in very well with us. He is gentle pup who is loving having the company of another dog. He is neptune’s brother so was very used to having a constant doggy pal. He is getting on well with our cats and our little dog. He is quickly settling into our routine and is loving going for runs on the beach each morning with his doggy pals Casey (his foster sister) & Bailey (his foster cousin).
We also delivered Neptune to Georgia & family. He is another gentle little pup. Delighted to see he is also settling in brilliantly with his foster family.
This was the first time Steve came face to face with our cat Jasmine. He was curious about her but showed no aggression whatsoever and luckily for him she behaved too!

Steve is such a gentle, calm puppy.

Steve is getting on great here. He can now "sit" on command and is getting the hang of the command "look" when on walks.
He loves toys especially the ones his foster Auntie Caroline bought for him (thanks Caroline).
Steve is loved by all around him. He is such a cutie.
Steve is now fully toilet trained. He sleeps the entire night without a peep and is a pleasure to have around. He is very calm for a puppy. He is doing great here.
Steve is not only beautiful looking but a beautiful nature. He gets lots of attention when he is out and about with us. He has met lots of people and lots of other dogs. Steve takes all these encounters in his stride and is relaxed at all times. He is a little pet.

This little man continues to thrive with Natasha. He’s a happy go lucky little puppy who just enjoys life. Whilst he enjoys running around with his doggy friends he doesn’t stray far and always checks to see where you are. He had his first swim this morning, he hadn’t been brave enough so far, & he absolutely loved it. ![]()

Steve is such a happy puppy. Our dog Casey has a huge soft spot for Steve. They spend their days playing together.
Steve has asked me to let you into a little secret. He really doesn’t like the name Steve so we are calling him Marley while he stays with us!

This little guy is extremely intelligent. He now knows the commands "sit", "down" and "look". He can "fetch" and "leave it". He is getting the hang of the command "stay".
Steve (Marley) gets his dinner at 5 p.m. every evening but I was a little late yesterday feeding him. By 5.45 p.m. he obviously thought I needed a reminder and walked over to his bowl and tapped it with his foot. Couldn’t believe my eyes! He is a really intelligent guy.
Steve (Marley) is a brilliant puppy. He just loves everything and everybody in life. He loves companionship whether it be human or the doggy kind. He accepts cats and sleeps in the kitchen with ours every evening but he prefers dogs. He is brilliant with children. He loves to go to the beach and his recall is excellent. He will make someone a fantastic pet. He is a darling of a puppy.
This special little man has adopted his foster family ![]()
We are all thrilled that Marley is here to stay. We absolutely adore him & he is a very much loved family member.
Thanks Georgia for your good wishes.
Congratulations on that decision, well done ![]()
Congratulations. It looks eventually it is going to work out well for all the Lab family, as Rosie (the mummy) found her forever home and is happy, Marley is at home now. Well done. I am so happy for him.
Thanks a million Jenny. We are thrilled that Marley is staying with us. He has completely stolen our hearts. Thanks also for taking such good care of his Mum Rosie.
Marley is such a dote. He is growing quickly but he still likes a little cuddle in your arms.
He doesn’t travel well in the car so we are bringing him on short journeys somewhere nice and gradually building up journey time.
He did his first Home Visit for Dogs in Distress over the weekend and was very well behaved.
Marley is with us now five weeks but it’s hard to remember a time when he wasn’t with us.
Marley is now getting sneaky rubs from our elderly cats and has been spotted in bed with them.
He is a little gem of a dog. ![]()
