April 1, 2010 at 9:30 am #96019penny1MemberBig Big Thankyou to everyone for their kind words I got my little star back last night. Really wasnt sure if I would see her again…Its looking like a bad infestation of worms was the cause of the seizures and thankfully can be treated. She is a little bit quieter today but eating and drinking well so Im really hopefull she has a great future ahead of her…
Thanks again everyone..so heartwarming to see how much everyone cares xx LindaApril 1, 2010 at 10:59 am #96021RoverdilMemberso sorry to hear about Star…sending loads of good wishes her way. hope she is back to full health soon

You had nothing but fear and misery a few days ago and now you are potentially facing a life of love, comfort and care under the watchful eyes of your foster person and your very own family at some point in the future. We all want you to keep going because we all want to walk with you on your journey to your happy life. Happy, get well thoughts and prayers to you Star. You have no idea how worried we all are and just how much we all want you to get better, stay strong little one and get well.April 1, 2010 at 2:00 pm #96034laineyMemberGlad to hear Star is home with you. Here’s hoping it’s good news all the way from now on.

April 3, 2010 at 12:22 pm #96131zoeMemberHi all.
I have been reading through the posts with a lump in my throat. I cannot imagine the awful emotional rollor-coaster, all involved, have been through.
Everything crossed for little star. Please keep us posted on this little creature when you get the time.April 5, 2010 at 9:56 pm #96288penny1MemberWell little Star truly is a fighter….She is a totally different little girl, doing everything that a puppy should be doing, (including the things that she shouldn’t!!)…cant tell you how happy I am, especially considering how she was last week!! She is bouncy and playful, running around..alot of the time into things, she’s all legs ha ha, stilll has a bit to go as would like a bit more weight on her but what a difference a few days makes. I know all puppies are gorgeous and star certainly is in everyway, I have some lovely pics so hope to get them up soon. This baby will no doubt be snapped up, one look into those eyes and your in love , Cant thank you enough for all your kind words and thoughts Will keep posting on her progress..Linda
April 6, 2010 at 5:47 am #96295IndiannaMemberThank you so much for the up-date on Star. I am very much looking forward to seeing some happy photos of her. I know it will be a long road but she is on the right road. I can’t even begin to say how much respect I have for the people who foster, care for, home-check, transport and walk all these poor dogs. All connected with DID are indeed extra-special.
