So many Cavaliers turning up in rescues recently – madness! Such a fantastic breed… but I’m biased… ![]()
These photos are just shocking..I can’t belive someone would allow a poor little dog to get into this state
Thanks a million to his foster mammy, Marie for giving him a pre-groomer wash, cut and blowdry and then treating him to a trip to the groomers ![]()

Mr, Spencer is now in very good form.He was at the vets all day Friday, loved the long drive in car. Got all his jobs done and is now in ship shape,. Was delighted to see me at collection time.By Saturday he was playing in back garden.
On Sunday Aggie called , she was amazed at what a beauty he is.
Spencer is a special little dog and will make some lucky person awonderful companion and friendly pet. Hope we can find a fantastic family for him, which he deserves and a bright new future.
This little man went off to his new home this morning and has a big sister Lucy (another CKC) to keep him company ![]()
Spencer is settling in to his new home. He is not sure about Lucy being too close to him but here is a picture of them together. Both of them are snoring like mad at the moment ![]()

Just an update on Spencer
We have him 4 weeks today, he is a happy little man, he has settled in well. He is now happy to share his bed with Lucy, they have a little play together every now and again. He will be starting in basic obedience training in a couple of weeks, just waiting for the phone call on when the course starts, so we are really looking forward to that
I will post more pictures soon
Its been almost 3 months since we have Spencer and her has settled in, unfortunately we lost his big sister Lucy yesterday, it was very sudden and we are devastated, her heart decided to give in. Poor Spencer was looking for her yesterday and it took him a while to settle, I think he has realised she isnt coming back ![]()
Poor everyone as well as Spencer. Difficult time for you but you have Spencer to care for and he will care for you. Remember the good times, there are many smiles to gain from looking back.
So very sorry to hear of your sudden loss of Lucy – hopefully you and Spencer can give each other the strenght that is needed at this tough time.
Run free at Rainbows Bridge Lucy!
So sorry….hope your all ok.
Really sorry to hear about little Lucy.
Just focus on the great life she had with you – however long or short that was.
