My afternoon was filled with two delightful meetings…..the first with Sophie a super smashing little lab lady who took the trauma of the afternoon very well….she travelled perfect in the jeep and just kept giving me heart melting looks when I was singing to her on our way to her new foster family.

That was my second delightful meeting of the afternoon the lovely Ludlow ladies were so accomdating to Sophie’s needs allowing her settle in her own time which took all of about 3minutes….think Sophie realised she has landed on all four paws here.

None of the photo’s tell the truth of just how skeleton like she is …..she has been a super mum to Petal and Peaches who are two chunky monkey’s……but now its her time and no better family to do the job in getting her back to full health.

Looking forward to regular updates and lots of photos

Look at her beautiful trusting face. Its amazing she has that expression so soon after arriving in her foster home, a testament to the care being lavished on her me thinks! What a beautiful lady.

Hi all, would like to let you know how well Sophie has settled in. She is a beautiful and very placid lady. She loves going on her walks and will go and get her lead when you say walkies. She loves playing football and fetch with our two girls. Today she met our neighbours black lab Buzz. They played in our garden for over half an hour. She is full of life and she has filled ours!

Sophie I think I knew when you put your first paw in your foster family’s home the other day that they were going to be your forever family….its a match that we dream of for all our dogs. Will be looking forward to seeing pictures of you progess back to the perfect weight as you are already perfect in every other way.

Congratulations to all the lovely Ludlow Ladies including the newest member Sophie ….and not forgetting your forever daddy Frank too!

Met this beautiful girl today & wow …what a transformation Its amazing after 9 days in Sams fantastic home she is like a different dog She is like a puppy again, full of love & the joys of life…well done to the Ludlow family & we all look forward to loads of updates

This is a real miracle story…….the camera never lies. Sophie whispered in my ear before I left and told me all the bits below …HONEST!

My new Granny and Granda bought me a Knog and my mum fills it with peanut butter…..I LOVE IT!

This is my deck in my back garden ……I LOVE IT!

My forever family have been helping build up my muscles and get my belly all tidy, they throw the soft ball up and I catch it….I LOVE IT!

My mum says I am a very good girl and when I learn new stuff I get treats……I LOVE IT!

My mum & my dad walk me but my sisters bring me out rollerblading…..I LOVE IT!

MY LIFE IS FULL OF LOVE AND I LOVE MY NEW FAMILY AS MUCH AS THEY LOVE ME LIFE IS GOOD AND GUESS WHAT "I LOVE IT!"

Hi all, very sorry we have not posted any news or photo’s of Sophie in such a long time. I hope you are all ready to see the transformation in Sophie. She is sitting on the couch beside me while I type this she is also talking to me. There is so much to tell about Sophie she is such a very placid and gentle dog. She loves going on our walks to Castletown, Sophie is a great dog and walks for miles off the lead, she is very obedient and loves to make friends with all the dogs that she meets and loves the attention she gets from others. Sophie is now back to full health after having her pups Petal and Peaches. Petal and Peaches are very lucky that Sophie was their mum as she is a beautiful, friendly and loyal friend to all in our home.
