Just a quickie post to say Sitka is flying it, it’s like he’s always been here! I think it’s been about a year since he came to us? Well, he’s a fat little fecker now!
Don’t worry- not in an unhealthy way- but he has put on a good bit of weight.
Still a major high pitched barker, but only uses his lovely voice when something erm….moves. Or when the wind blows. And a bird lands in the garden. And the postman calling. And anyone knocks. He’s a proper little vocalist! We’ve taken to calling him Hitler when we don’t want him to know we’re talking about him.
He’s very quick to respond to correction on the barking thing, but the lesson stays with him for all of 10 seconds!
We absolutely adore him…. And he’s the favourite of our 15 yr old son, and vice versa. Jay has sole responsibility of grooming Sitka twice a week, and he is the only one that Sitka will allow to groom him! If the rest of us try it he chases the slicker brush and we get nothing done!So, all is great, Sitka is very happy and healthy and very much loved to bits!
