4 of my 6 babies went to their new families today and I am missing them terribly.Rosie goes to her new family tomorrow and Jake will be going Tuesday. I am sure they are all going to be spoiled rotten and they deserve it,they are all such gorgeous puppies.Never realised it was going to be so hard to let them go, although I knew I only had a lend of them for a few weeks.
All my love and hope you all have a long and happy life.November 30, 2008 at 9:36 pm #81400jake n baileyMemberWell Done Cathy 6 puppies is a lot of hard work,I only had 2 and they kept me on my toes

December 1, 2008 at 10:04 pm #81429Cathy ByrneMemberDoes it get any easier letting them go?
All smiles in their new families homes but tears in mine.December 4, 2008 at 8:49 am #81219AudreyfrMemberHello,
Jake’s new mum here
Jake is rapidly settling in. He’s a great little puppy, very beautiful and easy going. Our older dog, Jessie, wasn’t too impressed at first when he arrived on Tuesday but her mother instinct are starting to kick-in and yesterday they managed to fall asleep a few inches from each other on a nice comfortable duvet. So a lot of progress made in only one day.
Thanks Cathy for taking good care of him.
Kind regards,

"Just a quick email to inform you that Jake (that we adopted last Dec) was neutered last week. He is now 7 months old and has grown a lot! He’s almost as big as a labrador… he’s our big cuddly bear and enjoys winding Jessie up (his "sister")!"

October 20, 2009 at 10:50 am #83183Cathy ByrneMemberThese "little" babies were my first fosters way back November last year and just look how they have turned out.Jake is absolutely gorgeous and obviously with the perfect family for him,he just looks so happy and well loved. If any of the families who adopted Sheba,Lucy and Patch have any photos could you put them up?We hear quite often about Buddy and Rosie and I will try and get photos from their families.
It would be nice to see how they have all grown.October 22, 2009 at 9:21 am #87680AudreyJMemberHi Cathy,
Yes Jake has become a gorgeous boy. He’s really smart, cuddly and a bit of a clown at times! Jessie and him are best buddies now (although she’s still THE boss ) He loves running in the park with the ball in his mouth and Jessie chasing after him.
I would love to see pictures of Jake’s sisters and brothers too to see if they look alike! So I’ll keep an eye on this post…
Kind regards,
Audrey -
