Here I am again …. we ran out of space for photos! So, where was I? Oh yes, I remember.
Guess who we met down at seapoint …… Harriet! (one of Hope’s puppies). She lives near me and we love playing with each other whenever we meet on our walks. This is a pic of the two of us:
My mammy persuaded me to try the water – was she mad? IT WAS FREEZING – I’m going to send her in next time!
Only room for one more photo. Hmmm, just can’t decide between them – and believe me there are loads of them – my mammy is ALWAYS taking photos of me – she says I’m really cute (and who am I to say otherwise)! So, maybe we’ll finish with the cute one!
So, that’s it for now. I just wanted to let you all know that I’ve really settled in to my new home and am very happy there. My mammy says that she is very happy too. Lots of love, Taffy xTaffy and Harriet 1.JPG

Brilliant pics and love the name…Taffy you are looking great and seem to be having a wonderful time with all your new friends too ![]()
Taffy, look at you in your new life! I get the impression that you are very happy indeed and no doubt keeping your mother in check? Lovely to hear how you are getting on and I like your new name, you suit it.
Look at all that white stuff out there – I wonder what it’s like? Can we go out and play?
Hmmm, I’m not too sure about this – it’s very cold!
That’s much better, I’m nice and warm now in my new coat! It’s a bit big, but maybe I’ll grow into it.

Hi thanks for sharing … he looks sooo happy . Joan
Scruffy 002.jpg
Great pictures and I can vouch for the fact that he is as cute as his pictures , we have met him up in the pound waiting patiently in the car as his mum walks the less lucky ones.
How are you doing little man? so many night’s you were my bed partner, head on pillow ……….goodnight and shifting your early morning was a real job of… do I have to…..but you still ran down the hall and licked Kealan’s face awake for school.
You were a fun little man and I really laughed at your cut off point for sleep/bed 10’OClock and when I didn’t look like I was moving you just hopped into the toy box and slept there until I shifted my ass and turned off the computer.
Then we went to bed.
Great little man, lots of fond memories.
Delighted you are happy, settled and finally home.
Taffy’s doing great Marie, thanks to you and also Joan for giving him such a great start in life. He gives the greatest licks anyone could ask for – great exfoliation (am saving a fortune on facials) – he can get into every nook and cranny in my face
He’s the greatest hot water bottle, especially in this weather – he loves to sleep but is also always ready to play and go for walks. I don’t think he’s too sure of his new coat though – he’s hilarious when he does this funny little dance thing where he’s twisting his bottom trying to shake it off
Taffy really loves his comforts – particularly the fire – he seems fascinated by it and hogs it, as you can see below:
Very best wishes for Christmas and the new year from Taffy and me to all in D.I.D. – admin, pound helpers/walkers, fosterers, drivers and everyone else involved in helping all those poor defenceless dogs throughout the year.
And thank you for giving me the opportunity to foster and then adopt Taffy – I couldn’t imagine life without him now.Taffy at the fire.JPG
Happy 2nd Birthday Taffy! (Thanks to Joan Kirwan for giving me an idea of his actual birth date).
As it’s a working day today, we celebrated with the party yesterday – as you can see from the photos below, I think he enjoyed it
My Birthday boy:
I wonder what’s in here?:
Are all these for me?:
