June 2, 2011 at 9:47 pm #105328susiedubMemberRosie arrived this evening and has been exploring the house and having fun. She is a lovely little dog , very friendly , I would have expected a few hiccups with her, but no, the tail is still wagging and she has had a great few hours here . The dogs are fine with her but she seems to prefer Boo our jack russell, she wore him out tonight chasing him around both the house and the garden . Will put up some photo’s in the next couple of days .
June 3, 2011 at 10:03 am #105340susiedubMemberWhen John is here will take more photo’s, this is a two man job as she is just so excited she can’t keep still !

Rosie 018.JPGJune 7, 2011 at 2:23 pm #105395susiedubMemberRosie is doing very well , still having a look around here and finding new things every day . She saw the hoover just now for the first time, not too impressed and quickly ran off and sat with Boo. She is very quick on her feet and has escaped up the stairs a few times but we lift her down as down is a problem for her , she probably never saw stairs before. She is still in love with the tv and watches anything thats on ! Loves her comfort , loves the settee too . I am not sure she has been on a lead, have walked her around the garden, she is a bit zig zaggy, have to keep practicing with her. A very quiet little dog who just needs a safe loving home . She just seems so fragile. I can see tears at the gate( again )when she does go but she can stay as long as she wants ! She is no bother to look after .

003.JPGJune 9, 2011 at 10:59 am #105440IndiannaMemberWas she REALLY kept outside at the back of a house, with people in living in the house? Goodness me, did anyone spend time with her or was she just a thing existing in isolation most of the time? That is so bad, its difficult to comprehend but that said, she looks to be in good condition. Two smart breeds within, bet you are as bright as a button and would be easy to train. Rosie, like it or not, you have joined my list, I will be following your journey.
June 11, 2011 at 8:54 am #105460susiedubMemberRosie is doing very well, even has a smile on her face when she is sleeping . We have her sleeping on muslin most of the time, with pillows underneath, much easier to wash and dry in a very short time. But its so soft for her too and she loves the comfort . She feels slightly heavier on my arm so she has to be gaining weight . Will get some more photo’s done this week end , busy week .
001.JPGJune 11, 2011 at 9:29 am #105461IndiannaMemberOh, that is so sweet, she really is smiling. Bet she can’t believe the great up-turn in her fortune, especially when her pleasant dreams continue when she wakes. Happy days for you now Rosie
June 19, 2011 at 6:57 pm #105558susiedubMemberRosie is doing great, settled in now and loving her comfort. She has one squeaky cat she won’t let out of her site, loves it ! She now has a lie in every morning which is great . I think she is still getting used to the house or being inside the house , some things still puzzle her . We are trying to get her used to the lead at the moment but she is doing very well and loves to walk , she has a lot of energy ! Rosie has a smile on her face still, even when she is sleeping, its good to see this !

018.JPGJune 19, 2011 at 7:13 pm #105559IndiannaMemberOh, she looks great and its nice to see that she is managing to take the ‘home comforts’ in her stride. She is positively laughing her little head off in one of the recent images of her sleeping. Splendid little dog
June 28, 2011 at 5:36 pm #104904susiedubMemberRosie is great. Enjoying her walks around the park, looking at all the rabbits and squirrels flying around the place. She still stays very close to me when I go out the back, so still has the ‘Am I going to be left outside’ thing going on. She is a beautiful dog, very easy to look after, clingy, but that is to be expected. She’s almost running this house and the two boys don’t mind! Leave it to a woman huh?! But still she is smiling!
July 7, 2011 at 8:46 am #105634susiedubMemberRosie has left this morning for her new home . It was a pleasure looking after her , all she did was smile while she was here . We will miss her but we know she has gone to a lovely home where she will be very well cared for and happy.
July 8, 2011 at 5:19 pm #105673VitalitytaraMemberRosie has been living in the ONeill- McPartlin house for less than 48 hours now. You wouldn’t know it though. Wow! She is settling in so well. A pint sized Dog with a huge Personality. She explored every inch yesterday, greeted everyone, offered lots of cuddles and finally gave way to sleep last night. Slept all night in her little bed beside my bed on the opposite side to her new big brother Doodles the Poodles. Poor doodled doesn’t know whether to laugh or cry. She’s whipping all his toys off of him and trying to stand in front of him, gets a bit jealous too. Typical sibling stuff. Caught the two of them on Hubby’s side of the bed today looking out the window. Partners in Crime. Have some great picture updates. Will post them as soon as I get my laptop back from repair. (using the iPhone at the mo).
