Met the fabulous Rex today and his fab foster mum too……what a very special dog who is amazing with kids….you would have to see it to believe it ….Rex hope you will love your forever home….Kim I hope you won’t be too tearful tomorrow….He is a credit to all you great work.

My little man is now in his new home and was very happy before I left, trying to choose between which toys he wanted to play with, while lying in his lovely new bed! I know he will be loved and adored, and thats all he wants……. he is a very special fella who I will miss so much. Definately 1 in a million

Hi! A quick update on the gorgeous Rex!! He is doing really well and is the most lovable, friendly dog ever! He is very protective of me, if someone approaches when we are out walking, unless they talk to me first he is not happy!! But he has made lots of friends and is admired by everyone we meet!! My parents stayed with us for a weekend and I think they would have taken him with them in a flash – I think he would have gone too!! One of his favourite places to sit is the front window!! But he has the run of the house and captured all our hearts! We are so happy to have him as part of our family – can’t imagine it any other way now. Kim thank you so so much – the first night when we were all going to bed he walked to front door with Moo, like he was saying ok visit is over I’m going home now – he loved you alot so thank you for picking us as his forever home. Delighted to see Rex has settled so well …I was lucky enough to meet him at Furby’s welcome back party……he was brilliant and loved the kids that were around and lay down for belly rubs…..super gentle soul. Stay Happy Rex!

Niamh thanks sooooooo much for the update on Rex….. I am delighted he is getting on so well and has settled in ok. That’s so sad that he walked to the door with his Moo teddy on the 1st night…… but am so happy he has realised he is in his Forever Home now….. makes it all worthwhile.
Loving the photo, he just loves the camera…. what a handsome fella.
Please keep the updates coming and give him a huge cuddle from me. x
