Hope you’re all feeling better soon x
I can’t stop thinking about the beautiful Velvet and Ron is also wavering. Maybe doggie No. 3 is on the cards!
Will keep in touch and pray everything goes OK.
Love to you all…you are very special people x
Thanks Estelle & Hilary we are all doing better now that the drops have kicked in. Eye infection is getting better thankfully.
Well another good day Velvet had a visit from Lainey with another donation. And the surgical team were on to say that there is no need to postpone Velvet’s surgery so its all systems go and trying to get her to put on a bit more weight.
Current Pledges are at €1470. (if anyone has made a pledge and not made us aware of it can you please PM me here)
Thanks again everyone.
Donation made today direct to bank a/c (€50, "Velvet op").
Sorry I didn’t make it…just donated €50 through paypal xxx
Big Thanks go out to Foxy, Three Lab Lady and Jules & Dave who have all made wonderful contributions…you are all very kind!
Another funny day with Velvet…when she wants you to play you have no option but to do as her wants …especially when she unbeknown to you hides the TV remote and you spend nearly an hour looking for it only to discover it after she is so tired from playing decides to retire and she can’t get comfortable from yes you guessed it the remote that she hide earlier…
Chilling with her big bro after the madness of fetch for an hour!
Current Collection of Pledges are at €1710 (FANTASTIC!)‘s Mirroring 003.JPG
Velvet, you are supposed to be staying calm and putting on weight, what are you doing???
You must all be very, very happy with the donations that the good people of our planet have sent in. I am starting to think about next Tuesday, 15th – I think that is the day of your surgery. Needs to be done but you will be full of energy once your are sorted. If you foster mother thinks you are ‘busy’ now just wait until you are fully recovered from surgery, you will be bouncing off the walls ![]()
How’s the little one doing Audrey? Still booked for op next week?
Hello Hilary and Everyone who is following Velvet’s story.
We haven’t been online for the last few days as Velvet has worsened a bit as she has now developed a cough which is her struggling to get all the air she needs breath, I was told to expect this when she worsened.
But thankfully she goes in for her work up today and if there are no emergencies then she will be operated on Tuesday.
Please if we all storm heaven together she will hopefully come out the other side of her operation and then be strong enough to recover to her puppy self.
We had a dinner in her honour this evening and she shared herself amongst everyone evenly getting constant hugs, pets, kisses and cuddles.
Hi Audrey, just wanted to let you know,we wil be thinking and praying for Velvet ,and you over the next few weeks, and you know where we are if you need us at any time, for anything luv Esma,Sindyxx
Please put my name down for the storm, I am ready and willing. ![]()
Please add my name with Indianna’s to the storm. I’ve been thinking about Velvet all weekend and I am so glad that her vital operation is imminent. I’m doing a special storm for Audrey as I know she must be absolutely desperate for this operation yet awaiting it with trepidation at the same time. Fingers, toes, paws, legs, arms all crossed her for a hugely successful result.
We will all be thinking of you, Velvet, over the next few days and weeks. Keep strong, little girl. Heaven better batten down the hatches!!!! ![]()
i have my fingers and Trinity her paws crossed that all goes well for you sweet little girl XXX
Will be especially thinking of and praying for you Velvet. All paws are crossed here for a successful op tomorrow.
Everything crossed for you Velvet for tomorrow. You and Audrey are in my thoughts. Keep Brave. ![]()
