Sorry for late update but better later then never
Jamie is werry clever and gentle dog. He is house trained. Not bad on the leash even better on rectractable leash. First day when I take him he was so skearry to go inside house that I needed to carry him in, after few walks in and out he is fine now. Also first week he was spooky of passing trafic but now he don’t care at all. He loves brushing and in bathroom he was very brave didn’t try to run At night he dont have any problems to sleep alone even I don’t need to close my bedroom door when I go sleep he goes out himself and just in the morning he comes few times to check up I am sleeping or not if I am sleeping he just go out and newer try to wake me up. He loves long walks and always ready to go out. He is good I the car and don’t have any problems to stay in for a few minutes alone in the car if needed, but he still don’t know that he needs to jump in so I must help him There is just one bad thing he is verry picky on food. First week he eated dry dog food mixed with some canned food but few days ago he decided that he will eat just canned food and will leave all dry food. I tryed give different dry dog food or put some water in it to make it soft nothing helped. So now he gets just dry food 2 times per day and he has exactly 30 minutes to decide he is hungry or not after that I remove food and during day no any snacks or treats. He skipped few feedings but he is clever enough not to starve himself to dedh

October 4, 2014 at 10:55 am #121741AlexMemberHi Tomas, we think Jamie is a beautiful dog and very playful. Are you still fostering him? If so we might be interested in initiating the adoption process. Could you share your current daily routine in caring for Jamie on this forum or is there a different way to contact you? Thanks, Alex
October 4, 2014 at 11:27 am #121742kaydoyleMemberHi Alex,
Thanks a million for your enquiry….Jamie is still available for adoption….
Could you fill in an adoption application form and we can go from there..
October 4, 2014 at 11:11 pm #121745TomasMemberHi Alex. Our daily routine not special at all he will adapt quickly to yours
We wahe up between 10 and 12 o’clock, next it’s time to toilet (during the day I let him out few more times out) after that feeding, next all day he with me if I am going somewhere he travels together. also during the day we have 1-2 long walks outside if good weather(and always when we come back I let him to toilet he is to busy and usualy not poop when we walk )… During the day we have some play, scratch and brush time. Next about 22 o’clock feeding next toilet and I am going to work and soon as I dress my uniform he knows it’s time to sleep and he goes to his bed, I am to work… at night when I am working he stayed alone now with other foster dog Petal… Next when I come back I let him to toilet and we go to sleep and everything again from the start…..October 5, 2014 at 10:41 am #121747AlexMemberThanks for the reply. We have no other dog in the house but my friend has a dog so there would be beach time together. Our working hours are different than yours but we filled the adoption form anyway and now let’s see how it goes – thanks again for taking the time to share all the details. We loved the video of them playing.
