Poppy is settling in well, everything is new to her and she is at first a little timid, but showing signs of a lovely little personality, has obviously been through the mill but with a little time she should be able to put it all behind her, here’s to happier times for Poppy ![]()
Happier times – more like RE-BORN
Poor little pup, lots of people will be following ![]()
Poppy is really coming on but still has a way to go, very fearful of people and backs off barking and growling but no aggression just fear.

Lovely photo – I had to do a double take to see there was a white dog outside as well.
"…One ear up, one ear down"
This little girl continues to do well…thanks so much to her foster mum Alison ![]()

Who is turning into a very beautiful GSD? That would be you Poppy. Just wait until your coat comes back in. Wow, you will knock the socks off everyone. Nice when you are looked after isn’t it? ![]()

This poor little girl had an underlying heart condition and passed away yesterday….thanks a million to Alison for taking such great care of her
I am shocked at this news. Such a lovely young dog and she was just starting to have a nice life after her bad experiences.
Thanks at least to her foster carer for making her last few weeks happy and loving. Lets hope her siblings have better luck.
She was improving so much, this is very, very sad news.
Oh god… My heart just dropped reading this. I have Poppy’s brother Boris in foster with me and it just shocks me how quick this happened. They are lovely, good-tempered dogs who had such a miserable start in life. Just be comforted by the fact that that since she arrived in your house that she had a great life surrounded by people and doggy pals who loved her.
Oh no
run free sweet little girl. At least you got to spend end of your short life amongst those who cared for you
