Hey guys…Pax is looking great, he is definitely bigger then Bubs now and it was the opposite when they were lil babies…anyway about an hour ago i was walking Bubs on the seafront in Clontarf and he ran and pulled his collar and lead off and ran out on the road….He is fine but he was hit by a car, honestly im still in shock writing this. …he is in the vets around the corner and is being sedated and x-rayed. It looks like he has a broken paw. It could have been so much worse. The people in the car were lovely, they had just picked up a new puppy and had him the car with them. So I have to pick him up in 4 hours time. I miss him and just want to cuddle him and wish I could be with him right now. he’ll be smothered with cuddles and affection later. Ill post a few pics of him with his cast on later. I could see it happening and I could do nothing to stop it…poor fella ran back to me screaming and i could see his paw was broken. I want to erase that memory forever.

Bubs now has battle scars I hope that has been a massive lesson for him not to tangle with cars again. You will have to try and erase that memory from your mind. You will be kept busy for a few weeks with your little injured boy, please give him a big hug from me. Bubs, you are not in charge of the world or the traffic, please stay beside your family in future, you little monkey, scaring your poor mother like that. You are going to be grounded you know.

February 15, 2011 at 11:51 pm #96142walkieMemberHi everyone, some photos from the last few months, Pax loved the snow needless to say! He is OBSESSED with chasing tennis balls and has the local tennis club on high alert at all times! There must be a retriever of some sort in his blood. He is very affectionate still and loves cuddles and to be close, unlike his sister who remains independent and the definite boss of the house! He has the same worry lines and frown wrinkles as Parker (Bubs)! We get complimented every day in the park on him – still!! We are so lucky to have him, thanks all again in DID

May see you on the TV being the first ever ball dog at Wimbledon this year Nice to see you Pax, love your snowy photos.

May 27, 2011 at 3:12 pm #105229IndiannaMemberGoodness me, has it really been a year? What a beautiful face you have Pax but I am stunned as to how big you actually grew – I remember the coke bottle ! Happy birthday to you and Bubs, its always a real pleasure to ‘see’ you .
May 11, 2012 at 8:06 pm #109734TazzerMemberHow is Pax doing? He would have celebrated his 2nd birthday this week!!! Happy Birthday Pax from your brother Bubbs.
Bubbs is doing great, we really think he had a bit of a growth spurt a few weeks ago but he’s still teeny tiny and as cute as ever! He’s still a real little mammy’s boy and will not leave the side of his big brother Taz.
He was swimming off the slip in Clontarf this evening so he’s having a rest in his arm chair with Taz.
Ill post some pics of him up on his own page this weekend. Any recent pics of Pax?
