:o I knew you would be a handsome little devil, just  look at you!!! One thing Pax, your are supposed to have your whole self in your bed, not just your back legs!!! What a funny little soul you are. Please say a B I G thank you to your people for posting the photos of you and your friend, especially the one of you standing on the track, so big and grown up. Hope Bubs is doing well in his life. Do you ever meet up? I often think of you both and it has made my heart sing to see you as a proper (very cute) dog not a teeny tiny little puppy dog. Please pop into the DID site now and again to say hello, it REALLY is great to ‘see’ you. Be good now.

I knew Indianna this would make your day even though you have lots of other small people to keep an eye on on this site.
Thank you so much for the update its really great to see him getting bigger and all grown up from the tiny, tiny mite we knew.
I know for you it may not be relevant but for the foster family and all involved in saving him its really important, it just gives them closure and more importantly the interest to help another dog or pup in need seeing and knowing they have helped foster and find a new home for a deserving little person.

:D Pax’s up-date and especially the photos did indeed make my day, there will always be a very special place in my heart for Pax and Bubs. I couldn’t agree more with you Twist about the importance of hearing and seeing how the dogs are getting along in their new lives. It makes me happy so it must make the foster families, the people who home-check and transport dogs and those who run this fantasic site super-happy each time they see the happy results of all their hard work and some of that work, no doubt, heart-breaking at times. Thank goodness for the DID machine, it also has a big place in my heart and I will always support the great work of DID. :)

Aw wow, Pax is getting big! ill post some pics of Bubs soon, we were just away there so I am only seeing this now. Bubs has definitely come out of his shell in the last 4 weeks and his personality is really coming out…he’s as hyper and bouncy…and great fun!!

    Hi Everyone,
Pax is doing great, he is loving Autumn, running after leaves is his favorite past-time. He is the most affectionate dog I’ve ever met, particularly loves licking faces and being snuggled to sleep.
His paws are giant, we are waiting for the final growth spurt to come!!

    Anyway, some pics below.

;) Pax, what a unique tail you have, is it really black or is that a trick of the light. You have changed so much since your last photograph. I am just about to go and look at your other photos. Please thank your family for the posting.

:D Your tail IS black, how unusual. Always thought you were a handsome, special little soul, that has not changed at all. Have you outgrown your canine sibling? Keep chasing those leaves, that should keep you out of mischief for a few weeks!

Oh my God what a beautiful beautiful dog Pax has turned out to be. Quick… somebody phone an ambulance for Indianna, she will be feeling very weak after these wonderful updates!

:D Its OK CFeely, didn’t need the ambulance after all. I managed to pick myself up off the floor when I saw Pax, Pax and Pax again. Thank you for trying to organise assistance for me, its very nice to know someone tried to help. ;) What a changed little fellow he is, still super gorgeous though. What do you think of that mad tail he has? Beautiful face and SO BIG  , I can hardly believe it. I am starting to think he is a mix of black and golden lab crossed with a mouse

I know what you mean, Indianna :D, his tail looks like its on loan from his doggy friend in the pictures  He is getting sooo big but is still as cute and adorable as when he used to be pocket size. Come on Bubs, how you doin’?

Hey guys…Pax is looking great, he is definitely bigger then Bubs now and it was the opposite when they were lil babies…anyway about an hour ago i was walking Bubs on the seafront in Clontarf and he ran and pulled his collar and lead off and ran out on the road….He is fine but he was hit by a car, honestly im still in shock writing this. …he is in the vets around the corner and is being sedated and x-rayed. It looks like he has a broken paw. It could have been so much worse. The people in the car were lovely, they had just picked up a new puppy and had him the car with them. So I have to pick him up in 4 hours time. I miss him and just want to cuddle him and wish I could be with him right now. he’ll be smothered with cuddles and affection later. Ill post a few pics of him with his cast on later. I could see it happening and I could do nothing to stop it…poor fella ran back to me screaming and i could see his paw was broken. I want to erase that memory forever.
