Just to let you all know that Oscar has arrived safe and sound. He had a shower and is shining now
He was running around the garden earlier like mad, full of energy. Keeping an eye on him with regard to toilet visits, no indoor accidents so far. Getting on grand with my two, although there were some little growls on meeting, from my two not Oscar. All lying in front of the fire now, he’s not used to an open fire. first time they’ve sat still since he arrived. Will keep you updated.March 27, 2011 at 8:55 pm #82469LaurenDevMemberOscar had a great night here with us last night. He has settled in very well already. He is a great little companion to both us and our own 3 dogs. He loves playing with them out in the garden and then coming in for a long snooze on my lap or infront of the fire. He is getting on so well with our dogs! His first night went very well as he was quiet and very comfy in his bed. There were no problems or toilet accidents during the night. He is a beautiful well behaved dog and is a joy to have in our home

March 29, 2011 at 4:39 pm #104365LaurenDevMemberThis little baby has only been with us for four days but already we have fallen in love with him. He is such a little gentleman and very affectionate. He sits for treats and sometimes goes as far as giving the paw We bought him a new bed which he adores and happily shares it with our 2 jrt’s whilst playing. We have jut returned from a lovely long walk at the canal. He loves it down there. He is definately an explorer and he even popped into the water for a swim on his expandable lead He is an adorable, well behaved little doggie and when he finds his forever family, they will be so lucky to have such a well behaved dog

He is really improving on his lead and not pulling at all now. He is still getting on great with our dogs sharing his toys, bed and treats. He is really enjoying the lovely sunny weather and is often found sun bathing at the back door He is the best dog I have come across for travelling in the car, just sits down on the floor of the car and goes fast asleep

Lovely photos thanks so much for the updateApril 8, 2011 at 10:59 am #101350LaurenDevMemberHi everyone,
an update on the gorgeous Oscar He is getting on brilliantly. He is really settling in and making himself at home. Oscar is definitely a water baby (unlike some doggies i know) He willingly hops into the bath and loves it, he is the same when we go for our walk down the canal. He i such an intellegent dog and has recently made a new friend out of our cat who at first he wasnt to keen on He really loves the sunny weather that we have been getting and is constantly playing out in the garden We are so lucky that we are getting to foster this little angel

Sorry about the delay with the update.
Oscar is doing great Hes really loving these warm days and all the baths he’s been getting after long walks/swims down the canal He is such a good dog and extremely well behaved especially around food, while we were having a bbq last week all he wanted to do was play football unlike our own 3 who were giving us their puppy eyes
