Absolutely couldn’t stop myself checking out your updates first, they are always so funny! also, very good maths there Bonnie and Mac, I also though nothing wrong about 3 dogs having 16 paws-go figure! The weather in your pics looks great, you guys should do calendars for the Donegal area!
Delighted to see the scottie team are keeping up the gardening and veg plot
Hamish has had to give up the gardening as we have paved the garden so he is looking for a new past-time at the moment Hamish sends his regards and he is making an appearance at the old folks Christmas party as the guest of honour
The scottie clan and collie are looking in tip top shape. seasons greetings from Hamish, Lucy, Archie, Charlie & Timmy (cat) and two humans@ angjo: Ah, poor Hamish…could he start on the neighbours’ gardens, as I’m sure they would appreciate experienced ‘help’! Scotties were born to garden…very green-pawed, don’t you know!
Hopefully you can find him a creative past time soon….before he finds one first! The Scots wish him all the best for the old folks party – go easy on the grub mind! Hi to the rest of the gang there too, especially Charlie….leader of the pack! pure magic.If i come back as a dog will you adopt me please,i would love to be spoiled what a lucky pair Sorry I have just seen this now
Unfortunately nothing as subtle as a hint.
I just can’t multiply three x four and get the right answer I see the bed wrecking seems to have stopped or are we just not been told.
They all look in great shape all this landscaping must be helping.Don’t worry, we get like that too…at time the muddy footprints would make you think there are an awful lot more than 3 pooches!!
Yes, they have quietened down now, so the bed wrecking has stopped…finally!
Having said that, they are still live wires but who would want it any other way?! Much of their ‘expertise’ has been passed on to Keeley though…oh help…! Well, it’s been a while….sorry! Life is treating us very well (unless you ask Bonnie who reckons she is still being starved and is now well below her BMI…Barely Morsels Ingested
). We are allowed to walk off the lead more now (Scotties have a tendency to wander!), although Mac still gets a bit protective of his sisters and seemingly wants to attack anything larger than himself (especially yellow Labs and Retrievers!!). Then things get a bit confused and Mac and Bonnie attack one another – sometimes Keeley joins in because she thinks that’s what you do! Mac’s reputation now precedes him as he is spotted out on walks…”Oh, here comes the cross one!” or “It’s the Terrible Twins”! Humph!! Recently we won the category of “The Odd Couple” in a dog show and have a medal and certificate to prove it (still not quite sure if this was a compliment…!?). The trio have discovered that kitchen waste destined for the compost heap, notably egg shells, are not digestible!
On other garden matters, Bonnie loves tidying up after the birdies and eating the dropped seed however she says she needs to floss more regularly as a result. She has rather a fascination with birds and recently misunderstood what "tweeting" meant…Madam caught a fledgling sparrow and despite veterinary intervention, sadly it didn’t survive. Unfortunately, having bird-slaughter on her conscience doesn’t seem to have made much difference to her "twittering" fascination! Keeley and Mac love chasing around the garden and Mac hides and Keeley has to find him – very amusing to watch (but not so amusing for the plants along the way!).
They also take it in turns waiting to look out the window, whilst sitting on the computer desk. So, all in all, life for these three continues as ever (whilst their human slaves continue with the counselling ).IMG_3068.JPGIMG_3045.JPGIMG_3060.JPG
