July 28, 2011 at 1:46 pm #105911MutleyMemberHi! We were prompted into posting a belated update by request…"Hope your lovely crew are causing havoc as usual….are we due another disaster divulge". Well, not too many disasters (that have been discovered! ), so sorry to disappoint! We have been very busy living it up in Donegal and putting the finishing touches (aka gouges in plaster and scraped window sills etc.) to our holiday home. We love it up there and have our very own wild flower patch which we "pick" regularly, whilst chasing the butterflies (mostly Bonnie! ). Keeley loves the neighbouring sheep and reckons it’s her sole job to round them up (with vocal assistance from the twins, of course ). Hope you enjoy the photos from our country pad…

August 17, 2011 at 11:49 pm #105704MutleyMemberToday (17th) was our official one year adoption birthday. My the time has flown and all of our family have developed grey hairs in that short time…can’t think why!? Today was also Keeley’s open day celebration in Dog’s Trust. There were loads of folk and doggies there but we reckon they came for our birthday party…paws up for the cocktails sausages! Mac and Bonnie xxx

August 19, 2011 at 1:10 am #106083DID RescueKeymasterHappy Birthday all three inmates
I am sure you all had a great day.
You all have been very quiet recently, I wonder was it because you all were redesigning your holiday home to your liking.
You will never know in this life time just how lucky you have been to find such a loving, forgiving, patient, understanding, accepting and tolerant place called home to park your all 16 paws
Have a great Birthday and please keep us updated on your latest achievements.
I would hate to think you were all dormant……not
Best wishes boy and girls.August 19, 2011 at 9:49 pm #106104angjoMemberHappy Birthday to all the clan, these lucky dogs have landed on thier paws I think a book should be written on the tales or tails of the scottie clan and collie
November 29, 2011 at 2:21 pm #107333MutleyMemberGreetings! Sorry it’s been a while. We’ve had a great autumn and have particularly enjoyed eating the windfall apples in the garden – eat your heart out Newton!! We are returning the back garden to its former “glory” of the same time last year…landscape pawchitects, we kid you not!
We have also been up to Donegal a fair bit and our older brother (two legged) visited from the UK in October and we had great fun playing football on the beach, trashing the newly emerging winter potatoes and making paths (Bonnie!!) in what remained of the wildflower patch (RIP). We think our big brother was suitably impressed with our skills! Our family expect a lot of us, even when on our holidays!
One of us (Bonnie) has very much developed selective hearing – “I will come when I’m called on MY terms! “You can call all you like but I am busy hoovering apples, so just wait”. Also “I will NOT come in the back door until you show me you haven’t got a cloth in your hands to dry my paws”.
Last Sunday our big brother was visiting, so we went to Marlay dog park and really enjoyed ‘terrierising’ the bigger dogs (Mac!!)…Greyhounds, Labs, Newfoundland…we’re not fussed, the bigger the better! Keeley even chased a greyhound, so we are glad to see our training of her is paying off. She does have an annoying obsession with squeaky tennis balls though, particularly when we are trying to sleep on the sofa in the evenings!
Our family say we’ve added “character” to the home; at least we think that’s what they said but it was hard to tell as they were busy filling in gouges in the plaster at the time….Homewreckers Unite, A-OK!
