Beano NOW
"He is going very well, he is an one years old great boy now, tall and gorgeous, a lot of people stop us in the street to stroke him.
Even if he is deaf, he is very aware of what is going on around him. He is very playful as well and loves going for long walks with us, as he needs a lot of exercice. We moved to Leixlip, in a house with a large garden, just at the back of a beautiful and huge public park where we go with Beano and where he loves to run after squirrels!.
Beano pulls a little bit too much on leash but we try to correct it everyday with him.
Beano makes our lives better, every day, he is like our little boy and we love him so much.
I attached his more recent picture (after having a bath) to this email for you to see how a big and beautiful boy he is."October 19, 2009 at 2:28 pm #83610dogluversMemberAh look at my foster baby brilliant to read all these happy endings kim Thanks a million…

October 4, 2014 at 7:02 am #121731MarielyreMemberHi there,
It’s Beano ! remember me ? I’m sure you do, the little deaf guy who was adopted in 2007 by a French couple.
Just wanted to let you know that I keep making my owners happy day after day. I still live in co. Kildare, enjoying my daily walks, daily (hourly!) cuddles, and food, and toys, and bones, and… yeah I know I’m a spoiled lucky guy, but you know, my parents keep saying they were spoiled too that day in December when they saw my picture on the site of Dogs in distress and decided to give me a chance.
Now, they say that they are spoiled every day of their life by having the chance to have someone welcoming them at home when they are back from a hard day at work, to enjoy walks in the park, to have someone to be proud of when different people say several times a day : ”you have a gorgeous dog, how beautiful he is!”, and to have a good guy with good eyes full of love, looking at them and meaning : ”I love you, as much as you do, I’ll always be there for you as you will be for me, we are the best pack ever”.
I added some pictures of me.
I hope all my little friends will find their forever home, tell them that my thoughts are often for them.
Beano.
