This is our second day with Markey.
Markey is a lovely boy who adores humans and enjoys just hanging with them. He is precious! Anyone who gets Markey is getting a wonderful companion for life! He’s super well behaved when visitors come in he calmly comes to greet new faces just waiting to be pet. Knows basic commands and loves to be loved on. What more could you ask for?
This guy has unlimited potential and will learn quickly with encouragement! He a beautiful dog in search of a family who will love him forever. Markey would love a nice garden to run around in! Is housetrained, walks well on a leash, knows basic commands, and would make an all-around super pet. Great in the home, he’s been left alone for an hour and hasn’t disturbed a thing. If you tell him to leave something alone, he will and won’t touch it again. Gets along great with the dogs, not sure about cats yet.
For such a young dog he is extremely calm and laid back. Markey wants only to be near your side, happy to hang out watching TV. He sleeps through the night. This boy is a real winner!
He adores children as you can see in the photos and is absolutely no trouble in our foster home. My husband says "Markey is an absolute sweetheart”. He likes to be around people and to go for walks around the neighbourhood. Please open your heart to this guy so he can live out his life safe and comfortable with a family who loves him.You won’t find a sweeter and happier boy than this one. You must see him to believe it. He will make a loyal companion to the right family. Is that you?

102_5544.JPGIf you’re looking for a companion and want to get an endless supply of kisses and see his cute little wiggly butt, Markey is for you. He loves people, children and doggies and needs to be in a home where he can feel secure and loved.
He is good in the bathtub, good in the car, and gets along with everyone he meets! He truly is a dream boy! Markey likes to snuggle and is very affectionate, giving kisses and love. He is still a baby so can get excited and a little jumpy, but is learning how to be a good boy.
Markey is truly an incredible dog and will make a wonderful companion for the right family. He has a good amount of energy and LOVES to play. He likes toys, treats and food, however he is not at all possessive, which is wonderful! You can take a toy right out of his mouth and he doesn’t mind! He is also amazing at listening, which is actually very impressive, because many dogs are not. If you tell him to go lay on the couch, he will go lay on the couch! If you tell him to sit and stay, he will sit and stay! He just wants to please his people and will do anything you ask just to try to get a little praise, a belly rub, or a treat
He does love to play (have I mentioned that?!), so the perfect IDEAL home for him would be an active family with children, who can play with him take him to the park on a nice day, and really just give him the freedom to be the silly, goofy, loveable guy that he is. Markey loves other dogs and is very friendly to them, he would also be fine being an only dog as he loves his human all to himself too.
He is truly the most happy, sweet, good spirited dog you could ask for. He just needs the right family who will love him and care for him as he deserves.
