This fab guy is approx. 2 yrs old. He is medium in size and fully grown. He is gentle fella who travels well in the car.

Curls up for a snooze by the door – I suspect so that you can’t leave the house without taking him along too. He is a typical collie the way he sidles up to you and throws the head on your lap for some rubs.
He is still getting over his stint in the pound. He has stopped the pacing up and down that he was at for the first two days but he is still very timid and hangs the head down very submissively when greeting new people. He gets on really well with other dogs but does have a bad habit of trying to cock the leg on smaller dogs.
Nothing but good things to say about this dog. He is a gem for anyone who wants a quiet dog that gives loads of affection.

This guy is doing great. No accidents indoors for the last two days. Have yet to hear him bark which is great. He is definitely showing a more playful side and is becoming very independent.

March 29, 2011 at 9:00 pm #104374emmatMemberApologies for the lack up updates, am right in the middle of exams at the moment. Marcus is an incredible dog, I have grown so attached to him. If I wasn’t going back to work he would certainly not be going anywhere.
He is a big hit with the other dogs in my area. It took him a while to get the recall thing down – but I think that was more down to not knowing me all that well. But after two weeks of trying he now runs ahead but is constantly looking back to make sure you are nearby.
He follows point commands very well and will sit when asked before crossing the road. Such a smart guy. He now knows all the main commands.
He is panned out at my feet at the moment. He is much more relaxed in the house now. His fear of pots and pans banging, the telly etc all done away with.
I love this guy, whoever takes him on won’t regret it – but he does need a lot of exercise. He actually hits the door with his nose when he wants an outdoor adventure.
On the walk home he runs ahead and hits the door with his paw of our terraced house – all delighted with himself that he gets the right one every time. Here’s a pic that sums up his puppyish spirit.
