This is sorted thanks to John (Cartman) ![]()
what a sweet girl! how big is she? and how big will she get?
This sounds just like the dog we’re looking to home!!!
Please get in contact, we’re waiting eagerly!
Have you filled in an adoption form (available to download from the site under Forms & Download section), email back to pups@dogsindistress.org. If you have and haven’t heard about your homecheck it might be due to difficulty co-ordinating someone to carry it out. The big freeze is hampering everyone!
how is this little one doing? we’ve completed an application and have a home visit next week…just wondering about how big she is? its hard to tell from the pic but she is gorgeous…
We just noticed that Lacey has been reserved…don’t know if its for us or someone else, but we sure hope we can meet her!
Congrats either way Lacey…hopefully you’ll be with your new family soon!
Little Lacey went off to her forever home this evening! She was a happy little girl as she left to start her new life best of luck little lady im sure you will be very very happy in your new home! ![]()
From her new mum:

Lacey, talk about being in love, she is the best little dog we could have hoped for and thankfully my asthma & allergies are grand around her ![]()
She is a complete dote and everyone in the house has fallen completely in love with her. We had her in Marley Park on Sunday for a big walk, they have an enclosed area where you can let your dog off the lead to run around and play with the other dogs, she absolutely loved it and was so good with the other dogs, she is the perfect pooch ![]()
She is a feisty little thing and even though she went through the trauma of getting neutered yesterday, she is back to her lively funny self today.
WE are so glad to have this great little addition to our family, we will love & cherish her to bits and will keep you posted on how she is getting on!
will keep you all posted on how she is getting on, tks again for everything.

Such a happy ending for little Lacey she has fallen on her paws with her new family! ![]()

Well thought I would drop you a line with a quick update on lacy the lovely pup we got from you in January.
She is doing just great and is the best companion anyone could have.
We have just come back from Donegal, we were there for a week, had a great time and it was her first time at the beech, she loved the sand but was not interested in getting her paws wet!
She loves her walks but we cant let her off the lead or she bolts! Nothing a bit of obedience training wont sort out. We got an extended lead for her so she was able to run around with that. I also bring her to Marley Park a lot, they have an enclosed area there where the doggies can run around, she loves it and is really sociable with the other doggies. I also go home at lunch time every day to take her for a walk, I have lost half a stone since I got her, hurrah!
I have attached a couple of pics of her, the first one is at the grooming parlour, we got her all done up for her holidays, she looks gorgeous
The second one is in Donegal with me, she loves the car, and was so good on the drive up and back.
Anyway girls we could not have got a better dog, we love her to bits.
tks for everything & keep up the great work
