MemberThis poor girl spent 5yrs of her life locked in a shed
She has now been abandoned on an old farm and lives under a caravan.
She is very shy but loving and just wants a warm bed, regular food and some tlc. She is so used to living outdoors, even if someone could give her a warm shed until she gets used to a normal life.
If you would like to apply to adopt Jill please go to the "adopt a dog" section in the tabs at the top of this page or click here https://dogsindistress.org/adopta-dog/
There you will find all the information on the adoption procedure and the adoption application to be downloaded.jill.jpg

MemberOh Jill, I’m so happy to see that after twelve long years you are at last getting the much needed affection and care you so deserve thanks to Marie’s hard work and dedication in eventually getting you to settle into what should have always been a normal loving family life for you.
Just another example of the wonderful work done by D.I.D.

KeymasterJill just adores the bed she has claimed and will go out but has to check that its ok to come back in.
Before I knew Jill two people have been visiting, walking and feeding her otherwise she would have been dead a long time ago.
So a big part of Jill’s survival has to be attributed to Leesa and her Mum Anne.
Also Rocco their terrier who Jill has had endless hours of playing chase with.
We were all wondering how Jill would cope with this change but it’s great that she has really embraced it and is enjoying the warm and comfort part of the relocation.
At least this girl will be warm and comfortable and safe for the Winter and Leesa and Anne wont have to be visiting her in the dark.November 27, 2012 at 8:14 am #112862kaydoyle

KeymasterWell Jill looking good maybe even a hint of a waistline appearing.
Nice view where you are.
I am sure you are delighted with all the company you have rather than being stuck on your own in the miserable barn, which was cold, damp and dark.
I still look in as I am passing and am so delighted you are not there.
You have had a long , lonely life and I am glad to hear you are making up for it now.March 6, 2013 at 5:06 pm #114371splashback
