We just took Jerry Lee into foster straight from the vets today after being neutered, and my god hes a big lad! Really can’t be seen from the pics but he is very big! Very affectionate and well behaved so far! He drinks a lot of water and unfortunately coz hes sore from his operation he can’t wee properly so its shooting straight at his stomach!
Hes so in love with Yazz its gas, licking the face off each other! Mel always hard to come around, started well but now a little cranky coz she likes her sleep undisturbed! Heres just one pic will update later!

Jerry Lee, what a beautiful fella! Recovered straight away from his op yesterday, and last night slept great. Was meant to sleep on landing but kept checking I wasn’t gone so dragged his bed into the bedroom. Am gona have to work on that! He unfortunately can’t help getting filthy coz Yazz is completely enamoured and keeps jumping on him, my heart is broken trying to keep his wound clean Dave walked him today on his own and he was great until he seen another dog and then hes very strong and barks but only in excitement we think, another thing to work on. He would be best suited to a house with another big dog as he is very sociable and loves to play, but would be too strong to be walked by kids so an older family would be more suitable. He seems to be great with kids all the same and he really is very affectionate! I wokethis morning to 3 lots of doggy kisses!

This fella is pure class!Had him out again today and hes so good never leaves my sight.He comes back when i call him.cant guarantee he will come back if he sees another dog..he loves Yazz..and mel (mels a grump tho) and loves playing.Really affectionate fella.Very big dog Dwarfs our Yazz and very strong.Pretty good on the lead but not perfect yet!Doesnt seem to shed loads which is a surprise.

Hi I’m jerrylees mammy , he bought many a smile to my face and broke my heart this week too , thanks to julie and dave for taking my big teddy , he seems very happy with his gf lol he’s a really good dog but is very strong , he loves nothing better that getting up beside u in the bed or sofa , he loves football and loves his walks , he’s so kinda and loves u to talk to him and tell him he’s just the best boy , he loves to rob things , As most shepards do lol

Jerry Lee is getting on great here.Hes such a lovely affectionate dog.Barks when he sees new dogs but we tested him and found out its definitely not out of aggression male or female.Loves to play especially with our Yazz.I have to stress the point that Jerry Lee is very big and very strong and is still young so will probably grow a bit more, so before you meet him bare that in mind.He dwarfs our other GSD Yazz.He is very strong on the lead and could do with some lead training.He sits on command and we have him lying down which Yazz and Mel still wont do.He opens doors too.Very clever boy.Hes the best behaved foster dog we have had.Heres a video just to get an idea of his size!He loves nothing more than water and chew toys! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CtxOTQmW2d4

I love Mel not listening to Dave…..very funny……but omg Jerry Lee is the size of a small pony….you would never need heating on again if you were to let this boy up on the couch and the bed beside you….instant hot water bottle.

The big teddy is nearly 1 in the new yr

Thanks to DID for everything and to Julies and Dave for everything and keeping me up to date about Jerry lee as I still love him dearly and his brother Rocky misses him .x
