Hi DID and foster mum Cathy Byrne,
I just wanted to give you an update on Jake, adopted from DID beginning of Dec 2008. This is a follow up on the post about Sheba,Patch,Buddy,Lucy,Jake and Rosie –

Jake has become a gorgeous boy. He loves his walk/run in the park and playing with the ball. His favourite game is to steal the ball from Jessie and let her chase him all around the park. He got into a shy/fearful phase for a few months but that has passed and he is much more confident now and enjoys meeting people/dogs on his walk. He’s really intelligent and it takes him a couple of minutes to learn new commands or tricks.
I would love to see photos of his siblings to see if they look alike. If you received any can you post them here too please?
Kind regards,
Audrey

Just saw your post there recently and was delighted to see more pics of Jake. We took his brother ‘Buddy’ now Sam! They definitely sound like brothers, Sam has endless energy loves people and dogs! He’s obsessed with balls especially ones that squeak! As I’m writing this he is walking around the kitchen with it in his mouth, he never goes anywhere without it! Like Jake he is so clever and was so easy to train and teach tricks to. He loves the park and is always the fastest dog there!
I’ve posted a few pics of him so you can see how alike they are.
keep up with the pictures its great to see them!

Thanks so much for posting photos of Sam (Buddy), how wonderful to see one of his siblings! So happy He’s as gorgeous as Jake and they definitely look alike! It’s funny to see Sam had a white dot on his nostril too. Jake used to have 2 but they’re gone now.
I hope we’ll see pictures of the other 4 soon too. If I remember well the females had a different coat colour.
Let’s keep in touch from time to time to see how they’re doing.
Thanks again,
